Have had all three of my RXs serviced here during the last 11 years. They are usually exceptional. This last service wasnt good. The service rep was inattentive, didnt provide me with a service invoice. I had time so when I saw my RX pull up, I wanted to see how long it would take to check out. It took 20 minutes and the service rep wasnt busy. On top of that no courtesy wash was available. You guys are slipping, I hope I dont have to find another service option.

I came to the Lexus of Rockville for 1 year Complimentary maintenance. There was no waiting time for the car to be taken into the work facility. The representative Bernie Kitts was extremely welcoming and professional. As he mentioned the process took 1.5 hours, and the car was returned to me. Bernie explained what was done, and also answered some questions that I had.

Had major engine service done to Lexus 350 at Lexus of Rockville. I have been using this facility because I like the service department. Until this service, I had never felt an "up sell" was recommended, but despite my reservations, I had the work done. I have more intermittent problems with the car ever since. I trust this dealership will work to resolve this issue; my past experiences with this dealership have been fine. I purchased my car from this dealership.

It has happened several times. They forget to reset the tire pressure warning light when they rotate or correct tire pressure. The reset button is hard to find and reach ( deep underneath the steering wheel).

My sale person did not pressure me. He allowed me to process my thoughts, he answered my questions which helped me make a rapid decision. I believe I got a good deal in term of mileage however I was a little disappointed that he did not negotiate price or add something for my purchase. Other than that thank you Sam!

I had to bring my car to the dealer due to an airbag recall. Unfortunately, in the process of changing airbag, the dashboard was damaged. A new dashboard was ordered and replaced. Other problems followed due to not connecting speakers, etc when replacing damaged dashboard. However, overall, the assistance during this frustrating time for me was extremely professional and helpful. Andy, Pierr and Bernie were extremely helpful.

The dealership is clearly run by leadership who really care about the client experience. Everyone we met at the dealership was extremely friendly and truly cared that we were comfortable. Car buying can be an unpleasant experience but not at Lexus of Rockville! The GM, Peter Bearsch, came over to greet us as soon as we walked in the door. He introduced us to our sales representative, Seth, and we were so pleased that we got to work with him. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable about every vehicle we checked out. You can tell that he loved his job and that he was a total pro. You can buy a Lexus at several dealerships in the DC metro area but you cannot get the total package at the others. I will be back next year to get another car from Lexus of Rockville and we are surely customers for life. We will recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family. I arrived on time for my reservation. As I sat inmy vehicle waiting for service. I was seen but ignored for more than 10 minutes. Service men looked at my VA tags and walked away from me. Until finally one of the svc men approached and helped me. I used to admire the lounge on the 2nd floor. Now the main lounge room looks like a storage room. The large screen tv was replaced and the one that replaced it is never on or working.
