Great place for car service, I have been there twice. Both times they honored my appointment times, and had the car finished before promised time. This is always a great asset for their customers. The waiting area is always clean, comfortable and well stocked with complimentary drinks. My car is relatively new, but as service is needed I will return to this Dealer.

The sales rep Samir was very helpful without being overly pushy which made the shopping a pleasurable experience. He was knowledgeable about the car workings, not having to ask others about how features worked. His sales manager Lori was also friendly and straight forward during the sales negotiation which resulted in me walking out with a new 2017 G80. About as good as it gets with the stressful process of buying a new car. The finance director Julius was also very friendly and helpful with the optional protection plans.

I went to a few of the big dealers in town claiming to have the best deals because they were so called volume dealers. I stopped by Mission Hills Hyundai because I saw a used car I really liked will heading to a friends place. I ended up working with Pepsi, I dont think that is his real name but thats what he goes by. The name fits him, he is a very upbeat guy to say the least. I never thought I would even test drive a Hyundai but after test driving the used Corolla, Pepsi convinced me to give it a shot. I was amazed, so amazed I ended up buying the Elantra. I love my new car and thanks to Pepsi and Sid I was able to get a new car instead of a used one. Theses guys really are so nice and will treat you like a friend rather then a customer.

I stopped by Mission Hills Hyundai to get an oil change on my 2013 sonata and ended up leaving in my brand new sonata. As I was waiting for my oil change I noticed an orange sonata on the showroom floor. I had never seen the color before and really wanted to see what it looked like in the sun. With out even asking Jon Nelson must have noticed I was interested because he said "you should see this color in the sun light" he then quickly took it out of the showroom and had it out for me to test drive within ten minutes. Jon was great, never pushy and extremely knowledgeable about all that the car had to offer. They gave me a great price and I could not be happier with my new car. I would Highly recomend Jon to anyone in the market for a Hyundai!!!!

I had an excellent experience here. Not only did exactly what I wanted, the service from John and David was top notch. They were able to finagle a great interest rate and low payment for me, all along with no pressure sales tactics! I was in and out of there in about 3 hours. They even delivered the car to me in West Hollywood, which is quite a distance from Mission Hills, and that made the transaction that much easier for me. This is the first car Ive successfully bought using my singular negotiating strategies without the help of the men in my life! I didnt feel that the salespeople here were taking advantage of me being a woman on her own. That in itself is priceless.
