I had an excellent experience choosing and leasing a car from New Century BMW. TK (Tony Ketsoyan) took care of me. Ive driven the same car for 14 years so it all felt so new and stressful to me but TK made me feel really comfortable and almost completely anxiety-free. As a single woman I was scared of being taken advantage of but TK is trustworthy. Hes a very nice person and I especially appreciated that he didnt pressure me at all and worked with me to get the best deal. I have no regrets and boy do I love my new car. Diana Z. helped me with understanding how the car worked and all the buttons! She was great and has followed up with me which is so considerate. The customer service here was excellent. The finance guy was even a joy to work with--super nice fellow. I visited New Century because they had a color car I wanted. After meeting and speaking with TK I came back to lease from New Century even though I have 2 dealerships way closer to my house and went for a more common color. I drove 45-60 minutes to go to New Century. I think that says it all! Five Stars.

Very happy with my visit! I came in on Saturday and was helped right away by the nice young lady at the front desk. I let her know I was coming in to test drive a specific vehicle I found online. She phoned Sami Asadourian for me and within a minute I was speaking with him. He quickly brought down the car for me to see, and away we went on the test drive. The vehicle was amazing as youd imagine. During our test drive Sami was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle, he made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Once we returned we went right into his office and the negotiation began. It was a little tough to negotiate with him and the manager but they definitely helped us out. I was in a bit of a rush as I did not expect to stay and actually purchase the vehicle that same day, but thanks to his consistency and negotiation skills, we left with our new car. After did our research on what to buy for a luxury compact SUV, BMW X1 turned out to have the best features/space/price/safety combo. We liked the BMW X1 because it has the least learning curve in terms of operating the vehicle. We particularly loved BMW that it still keeps the physical transmission shifting stick after Mercedes and others have abandoning it. we called Century BMW to check the pricing/inventory. Jay Kong who has done a great job helping us made the final deal. Bryan Johnson worked with us on the test drive. Jason Tu at finance was very patient in finalizing the paper work. The Product Genius Nancy showed us the new features. Overall, this is the best car shopping experience with shortest time spent at any dealership in my life time.

"Bought A New To Me 2014 535d"

Decided to finally look for a new/used car once my warranty was out for my car. I knew I wanted a BMW with good power and gas mileage. Thats where I came to find the torque monster 535d with 38 miles per gallon. I started shopping around and finally came across 3 models with the m package that I wanted. I decided to try new century BMW first as they had the color I wanted. Heres the thing. I live in San Diego. So just to get to NCBMW took 3 1/2 hours thanks to the delightful L.A traffic. Getting there, I was already tired but thats where I met Elvis Blohm. He took my wife and I in and made us feel like home. He took us for a test drive and boy did that car make me feel like my v8 g8 was sluggish. After some thinking on the side I decided to pull the trigger on the car and so far its been the best decision. I wouldnt have done it if it wasnt for Elvis though. His charisma and professionalism and making us feel like we were always part of the BMW community was enough to make me want the car (and of course the torquey pull from that car). I live in the OC and went Internet car shopping the weekend of 3/11. I communicated with 5 to 6 BMW dealerships in the LA/OC metro area. I got a 2nd hand BMW, and someone told me the service consultant Sidney is very helpful. I am very glad that I went straight for Sidney. He thinks ahead of you, and make sure everything go smoothly. I would score 100 out of 100 for his service.

"Waited For Nothing"

Ive been a customer for 10 years. I took my car in to be assessed and to be repaired if the price was reasonable. I didnt hear back from the dealership so I called at 3:30 to find out why the problem was. I was told it was minor, and I would be picked up at 4:30 by the dealership driver. At 4:30pm, the driver arrived, at the same time, I heard back from the dealership that my car would need more repair costing an additional $2,200! They offered a loaner car. But I needed my car for work and travel the following week and this was not an option. The problem with my car could have been communicated at noon if there was something wrong with it. Being given information at the last minute to make a decision last minute isnt acceptable. The next day I took it to my local mechanic and he fixed the problem for $850.00. It pays to be informed and not just go along with whatever the dealership says is the problem.

I took my care to New Century BMW for a value line engine oil service. As part of the oil change service they also performed a thorough inspection and provided a detailed report of the findings. So often the "multi-point inspection" included with an oil service is either a rubber stamp, or a way to escalate the bill. This was not the case here. The inspection was thorough, but I was never asked to purchase anything above and beyond the oil service, in fact, the final bill was even slightly less than the estimate. Finally, when my car was ready to go it was returned to me thoroughly cleaned both inside and out. I was greatly impressed by both the level of service and the courtesy extended to me by every member of the staff I encountered. Not only did they change the oil at a very competitive price, they made it a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back.
