Jeremy was very helpful, didnt press me and we tentatively agreed on a price. I showed up Jeremy had paper work ready and even knocked a couple hundred of the price. Daniel Gamez was my salesman to help me get the right deal and he is a humble, professional, and respectful guy. Some salesmen can be a pain in the butt to talk to and not a lot of them are easily approachable, especially for an introvert like myself. Daniel was not just another salesman I have dealt with in the past. He volunteered to walk up to me and actually "helped," rather than trying to sell me something I may not even need. Not to mention that I do not have the best credit history, Daniel acknowledged that my credit score does not represent my work ethics and got me the deal I wanted. My experience at Metro Honda with Daniel was awesome.

Metro Hondas service operation is a well oiled machine. John Garcia was very efficient, even if his approach is cliched at times (wheres your race car parked? I need your autograph...). Though it took an hour and thirty minutes for an oil change and tire rotation the showroom had an iPad for the kids and a 70" flatscreen to occupy the wait. You wont be disappointed.

Made the round trip of 800 miles to buy a car here. I compare prices nationally for the best deals on the best used cars, and I feel that I got a very competitive price on a great used car. In my past experience especially going to a Car Dealer for my car repair service usually take very long time waiting. My appointment was at 7:15 am on Friday, July 21st, 2017 at Metro Honda but I got there little before 7 am. The people were very active and show care to the all of customers were in service line. This was a quite of new experience that I didnt have before compare to other Car Dealers. Mr. Gordon Jackson came to me with very courteously and asked me why I was here and I replied to him that I am here for the recall on batter fire. He then provide an estimated time for service, offer a complimentary car wash and multi-point vehicle inspections. Mr. Gordon Jackson is a true professional service representative and I was extremely satisfied with his service.
