I really enjoyed the Customer Service at Empire Nissan. Mr. Miguel Oliva is to be commended for his professional service at all times. The Buying process I hate, but that is at every dealer. Thats because they try to sell you the extra insurance to cover warranty for every little thing in the book (literally). The Quality of Repair I was really displeased with at Empire Nissan because it took three trips to get a bumper filler and a radio installed. That itself took over two weeks. Frown! However, the facilities are great. Honestly, I dont think Ill be going there again to purchase another vehicle.
