"No Response After They See That You Cant Come In "
I have contacted them for a car that I was interested and told them that I would arrive soon (1-2 weeks) and if all goes well I would go over there the first day I arrive and buy the car. I was also willing to send a deposit to lock up the car. However, they stopped responding to my emails as soon as they heard that I would not come in that day. Instead, they ignored my emails. This is 2017, and they should understand that some people might want to arrange their business online instead of haggling in dealerships.

The excellent customer service provided by Sal. While waiting for the work on our car to be done, we wanted to get some food. Sal was kind enough to offer us a ride back and forth. Jason got us to and from the restaurant safely and with a smile. We also loved the fact that the service for our car was done within estimated time.

Jeffery Kou is a great asset to your dealership. I chose to deal with your dealership because Jeffery was able to communicate with me via email weeks in advance before even stepping into the dealership for a test drive. To be honest, I went to the Mitsubishi Global website and just submitted a request for a quote from 5 different dealerships and out of the 5, only 1 was able to answer all my questions. That one was Puente Hills Mitsubishi. And that one person is Jeffery. Jeffery responded to me with answers to my questions, whereas, the other 4 dealships kept on trying to call me (while i was too busy working, myself, to even answer a call from an unknown party, but i also requested that Id be contacted via email only) or send me generic emails telling me how i should call them and they can tell me about the new incentives and so on. Jeffery from Puente Hills Mitsubishi was different. No matter what time it was, when I wrote him an email by the end of the day, hed write back answering my every question and also inform me about other matters concerning the can in question. So just via email, I developed a good relationship with Jefferey for about two weeks even before I even stepped into the dealership to meet him for the first time and test drive my future car. So on that day, surprisingly when we met it was really easy to talk to him because it was like meeting any other friend. And being friends just made it so easy for me to explain my concerns and listen to what he had to say when we closed the deal on the same day.

I initially spoke to Paul to schedule an appointment but Sal (Saler) were the one that ended up helping me. I like the fact that both Sal and Paul were very professional and friendly, and most importantly, provided me with an explanation of services that my auto needed without giving me the craps (pardon my language) that i usualy get because of my female gender. I also liked the fact that Sal followed though with a call to let me know that a replacement part was available.

Whenever I visit the dealership for service, I am always met by Sal, service manager, who, without fail, diligently diagnoses the issue or writes down my personal request (synthetic oil change, air filter, etc). The service is then performed by their top technicians; this time it was Bill, who did an exceptionally clean job in expeditiously completing the task. This is exactly why I have brought all my cars to this dealership since 1994. (20 years) I have owned Mitsubishi cars & SUVs since 1987, and there is simply nothing better out there in both appearance and mechanics.
