Were not impressed with Roland, maybe he was having an off-month... Came across as arrogant, not willing to negotiate on a used car from the get go... Over the course of the following weeks, since we first walked in, the price of the car dropped by about $1000... Pretty much telling us that Roland had honesty/integrity issues... Even so, we kept the channels of communication open and were polite the entire time... Roland, unfortunately, suffered an ever increasing lack of professionalism... even going so far as to notify us when the car we were interested in was "sold and is leaving now"... Weve all heard about the reputations of used car salesmen... Roland fits the mold to a "T"... Sorry Tasca, were still in the market for a used or new car, but we wont be spending our $$$ at your place!

It was a pleasure dealing with Darren. My daughter and I drove the 1999 Dodge Ram Diesel to Tasca Monday, morning, April 11. My husband and I drove from Batavia, NY, with no blinker lights and no brake lights. A dealership in Batavia looked for a solution but we didnt have the time to wait. When we arrived back in CT April 6, we called Tasca on Thursday, April 7. Our appt. was for Monday 8 a.m. My husband was taken to the hospital with Influenza A (for Awful) on Sunday. I dealt with Darren and relayed info. to Dick. Dick said go ahead and get all fixed that needs it. We picked up the truck on Thursday, April 14. When Dick drove the truck home, he said he has never felt the truck drive so smoothly. Darren explained everything to us and made sure we understood and could ask questions. Tasca has once again serviced my 2013 Dodge Challenger on April 29, 2015, relating to a factory recall and performing a synthetic oil change. To begin, to arrange a service appointment at Tasca is an easy process, whether online or via telephone. Each person answering the the phones are very courteous and helpful, directing the customer to the appropriate department. Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a dealership that is impeccable in all facets relating to customer service and to the cleaniness of all facilities located within and without. A service area is provided for coffee and tea to the customer at no charge, along with a HD television. A very comfortable waiting area, in addition to reading materials which are available. Upon my initial inquiry to Tasca regarding the procedure to perform the factory recall, Kevin addressed the issue as all my questions were answered. The approximate time given to replace the alternator and oil change were given as two to three hours. When one obtains information on the length of time to perform certain repairs, one usually looks at the longer length of time, mostly due to unknown problems. However, this was not the norm. Tasca managed to install the alternator and change the vehicles oil below the two hour mark. In reality, I could not believe that the Challenger was complete. In my many years of going to dealerships, one can always plan on the upper end of hours for repairs. There are a great many instances where vehicles are taken to dealerships strictly to change the oil are are stationed there for hours. Not the case at Tasca. I believe that Tasca has a caretaker available to maintain the grounds as well as the interior. There may be other dealers who employ someone but their presence is not seen. I would like to make mention of Linda who is always very courteous, pleasant and able to assist the many which speak with her. One point Id like to make is that a contract was provided to me by (FCA) Chrysler relating to a six year contract for oil changes. The initial dealership which performed the first oil change was First Chrysler in South Attleboro, Massachusetts which charged me an additional $32.00. The reason given was that my contract was for standard oil, not synthetic. This was really not so, as the Challenger only uses synthetic oil. I asked the service manager at First Chrysler if he could allow the difference, and that Chrysler would reimburse the dealership. The service manager was adamant, refusing to trust either Chrysler or myself. Once contacting FCA, they admitted that the service manager was wrong, as Chrysler sent me a check to cover the additional cost. As I called First Chrysler and again spoke with the service manager as to what oil he used, he said Mopar. I said that I wished to have Penzoil. The service manager said it was the same thing. At that point, I must be honest, I was a little irritated for not using the oil I asked for. Secondly, there were some defects relating to small dings on the vehicle from being sent by trailer or by train, possibly relating to the tie down straps. First Chrysler provided a cost of $648.00 to repair the dings: "Stating that Chrysler would not cover that part". Once contacting Chrysler, FCA did provide a resolution to repair the vehicle. No effort was made by First Chrysler to address, nor contact FCA in regard to the dings. There was no record kept by first Chrysler in my visit, no body shop estimate, and furthermore the management denied me even being there. Pictures were even taken which First Chrysler stated no pictures were available. After providing full documentation to FCA, pictures, video, and documentation, FCA followed the appropriate steps to look into the matter for me. FCA did state that First Chrysler would be notified relating to the information. I cannot divulge any further information regarding this matter. My wife and I were in the market for a new to us car. She was set on the Toyota Highlander. I found one on the lot at Tasca CDJR in Westerly, so my wife and I went down and to check if out. There we were greeted by Mike Metivier who showed us the vehicle. We werent crazy about the vehicle for year and mileage...... but before leaving Mike said that he would check and see if any of the other Tasca dealerships had another Highlander, perhaps more of what we were looking for. Mikes son Don Metivier who is the dealerships manager, found one at one of there other dealerships. Mike said he would have the vehicle there the next day. The next day we went down to the dealership and the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. With in an hour or so I was given a trade amount for my vehicle and a price on the Highlander that was too good to pass up. I was skeptical of financing through the dealership as I had already secured a low rate at my personal bank. Kyle Smith was able to beat the rate giving me a rate under two percent. Prior to leaving the dealership we were thanked by Michael Tasca who spent a few minutes chatting with us about the purchase. My wife and I will most definitely use this dealership .

2011 Grand Cherokee My husband and I were referred to Tasca by our daughter. She told us they were great people. So we went to look at a used Grand Cherokee. We saw David and he was one of the most friendly car salesman weve ever met. We could actually have a real conversation with him without feeling pushed into the deal. We were trading in a car so we brought the title with us and had a trade in price in our mind. We were ready to deal! From past experience in other dealerships we figured we were going to be there for a few hours. Boy were we wrong. Tasca gave us what we wanted for our car without even bickering. And we were happy with the price on the Grand Cherokee. It was one of the easiest purchases weve ever done. Then we went to see Kyle for financing. Kyle is the type of person that believes in working for his customer. He got us an extremely low interest rate for our used Jeep. Lower than the new car loans. We were so surprised because most finance guys weve met are all about , what can we sell you. We also met the owner. He came out and introduced himself and thanked us for buying a car from them . Excellent experience Driving into Tasca was the best thing we did.. We drove through their lot on a Saturday afternoon (after they were closed). I loved the Hyundai Accent they had so we went home and filled out the internet inquiry. I had a response from David first thing Monday morning. He set up a meeting with Denis for Monday afternoon. Never once did we feel pressured. Denis listened to what we wanted, our price range and worked with us. By Tuesday afternoon after meeting with Don, we had a deal. As being the owner of a new 2013 Dodge Challenger Sxt Plus, I was mainly concerned in finding the right dealership to service my vehicle. There may be many sales associates attached to dealerships, but the service area is the fundamental aspect one should seek in a quality dealership, such as Tasca. I have an intrinsic understanding of automobiles, as my past experience entails working with a host of dealerships in Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts. The capacity of being a radio technician, in which I serviced many dealerships, brought me to meet all personnel from the upper levels, right down to the service area where my experience is pertinent. Tascas flagship dealership is located in Cranston, Rhode Island. Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a relatively new dealership, accompanying the main dealership. Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is located in Westerly, Rhode Island; a little distance from Cranston in which I live. By the way, I believe that Taylor Swift recently purchased a home in Westerly. Irrespective of such, I contacted Tasca prior to bringing my vehicle in for warranty repairs. Many phone conversations took place, and each, and every time customer service was very courteous and polite. In addition to this, the Service Manager Paul Fortin kept me informed fully by phone, as well as sending e-mails which entailed technical aspects regarding the steps. This is the main ingredient that the consumer wishes to see in a dealership; communication. When communication is not present, or forthcoming, it presents a variable of uncertainty to the customer. However, I found no such diversion from Tasca, rather a professional approach to addressing customer concerns. Upon taking delivery of my vehicle, Paul Fortin walked me through all the steps in which items were replaced, and pointed out the work performed. Paul was very deliberate in providing an explanation as to the defects to the vehicle; that were corrected the first time. Many customers have a distaste for returning the vehicle a second or third time to correct problems. However, Tasca hit the benchmark, and proceeded further with expertise, and skill. I can speak of these qualities, due to the fact that my prior experience is associated with many dealerships. The personnel, especially Linda were very pleasant, and made each feel at home. Needless to say, if any seek to service their vehicle, Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is outstanding in all aspects. If any need a shuttle driver, George is always available. George is one whom many will enjoy speaking with, and his prior experience has many high quality traits. George is not the everyday taxi driver, but has much to offer in the way of professional courtesy, and maintains a great deal of knowledge. In that being said, not any can go wrong.

I went in for a state inspection with an airbag light constantly on. Paul, the service manager gave me my options, price and service time frame. I am wary of dealerships due to my past experiences with others. I went back a few weeks later for the repair. They worked with my schedule, kept me updated on pricing and time frame prior to beginning. They called me a short time later to come pick up my car. Linda the tech explained everything and was really courteous. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the price did not change, they did not add any additional items and everything was straight forward. Amazing! I have never had that happen at a dealership. Kudos to all of the personnel at Tasca for changing my mind for the better. I will not bring my car anywhere else!

I am giving this dealership a five star!!!!!!! The guys were great! Mike and Kyle really helped me. I was going to go through usaa for my auto loan at 16.9 apr. I wasnt happy with this nor was my wife. Mike and Kyle both promised me that they can match it or beat it. Well they kept their word! They got me a lower apr at 8.9! Which is just much better for me and my wife. Those two guys put in non stop work to get my deal done and I really appreciate it. I drove my new car off the lot today! After finding a special model that i wanted (Chevy HHRSS) and doing some pricing research on line I contacted the internet sales guy (David). He came back with a great price where the other dealers i spoke with wouldnt budge. I made an appt where i checked the car out thoroughly and loved it. Sat down with my salesman (Denis Lee) and he said "What would make you happy...". I thought for a few moments and presented a nearly reasonable deal that i thought would be the start of the typical haggle back-n-forth that makes most of us hate car shopping like we hate going to the dentist. He said "Well... thatll be tough but let me check with my boss." After a few minutes he returned and said that they would approve it! Denis was the nicest guy you could ever want to meet and here he was presenting me with exactly the deal that I had hoped for! I saved a bunch of money over what i had expected (per KBB and other sites) and got exactly what i wanted. I went in there prepared for a disappointment and came out another convert of the "You Will Be Satisfied" group at Tasca. Only gave them a 4 on facilities due to an old building and showroom area. They are in process of building a new showroom and I will DEFINITELY check back here first for my next car. Thank you Denis and David and the whole gang!

i previously gave a very sour review. both the manager and president of the westery dealership called me and explained the mishap by a salesperson. all prior contact was via the internet.and e-mail or phone. with only a little inspiration, i decided to return to the dealership as requested. this visit was much more than i expected. both the manager and mr. tasca explained the error and were very apologetic about the last visit. i began with a chip on me shoulder and ended by purchasing a 300. don and micheal are truly fair and respectful men. after handshakes and micheal gave my wife a pleasant hug we drove the new 300 home after a very friendly and respectful visit. . i would be happy to call them both friends .
