I bought a preowned Lexus, then leased another with my tradein. The repair process was strange, they couldnt fix my brakes on the preowned, but when I brought it in to trade, they noticed the brake issue right away! I am now on the lookout for a new Lexus, preferably hybrid. I liked them well enough to visit again, and see if we can strike a deal.

This is the third time that my wife and I have leased from Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys. Im on my second IS350 FSport and my wife recently traded in her 08 Lexus RX350 for the NX200t. When I did my first lease I spent about an hour at the dealership to do paperwork and go over exactly what I wanted as far as options, color, etc. They delivered the car the next day to my office! I signed the paperwork and drove it home. By far the most hassle free experience Ive ever had getting a new car. Highly recommend!

I initially went over to the BMW dealership on Van Nuys test drive a BMW. The dealership was completely inattentive, and therefore we drove up the street to Lexus. Mind you, I was very interested in test driving the 250 Hybrid HS, based on the lease deal that was advertised on TV. I was beyond pleasantly surprised by Daniels approach to us on the lot. He greeting us warmly and then proceeded to tell us about the car. We then went for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, yet not at all pushy (much appreciated). We had a very pleasant test drive and from there discussions proceeded with Edmund who was a professional and a gentleman. The whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend Lexus to my family and friends. My brother in law (a BMW guy) has said his next car will be a Lexus.

Steve Wolpa was truly outstanding, accommodating faithfully a few personal requests that may have been inconvenient for him. We liked him quit a bit. I was a little surprised by the gusto with which the paint protection coat was offered by the finance person. It was an unnecessary hard sale for a product I did not want. So, make sure you look for Steve!

Our salesman David was a nice guy and eager to be helpful. He took the time to talk to us and help us with any questions/concerns. The finance guy, Joey, clearly knows his job but he was extremely brusque, bordering on condescending, to us AND to other staff (in front of us). He definitely was barely listening to us and appeared to have already moved onto the next deal. I would recommend this dealer if they have what you want and you dont mind the rudeness once you get past the initial salesperson.
