"Shady, Lying Conmen "

Made me feel like I was getting the deal of the century after hours of haggling when Toyota had a better deal posted on their website (1500$ less than the total of my lease at the dealer). I I realize its on me for being an idiot, but be warned, they have an F rating with the BBB, and i trust its for a reason, and i would rate them with an F as well.

"Lackluster"

So Thousand Oaks Toyota looks nice,and Im sure some people have had good experiences with TO Toyota, but I wasnt one of those people. The sales person was obviously trying to pull me around and add packages to the car that I didnt need. He was kind of rude to me as well. I did stick around to see what the final price was.

"First New Car Purchase"

I have never bought a new car and Thousand oaks Toyota made it an enjoyable and easy. They went out of their way to get the color we wanted and to make sure that everything was satisfactory.
