"Best Experience Ever!!!"
Long review (its positive, dont worry!) - BUT you MUST read... First off, when you go to Chevy of Montebello ask for Fernando B. Im positive everyone(the entire team) there is great, but I truly believe the reason I had the experience I did was because of Fernando & his exceptional customer service. So long story made short, a few years back my Dad bought a car from Fernando at a different Chevy dealership. My dad was so amazed at how fast & well put together his purchase with Fernando was. My dad wanted to make sure my purchase for my first car title was the same experience - even more so because my dad would be the one negotiating on my behalf(LOL)! After my dad learned that Fernando had moved to another dealership, my dad was determined to track him down! After 30 minutes of searching my dad found Fernando at Chevy of Montebello! His previous purchase was truly an outstanding experience that stuck with him. He spoke with Fernando over the phone a few times, a deal was made, my credit was run, and everything was sorted out BEFORE I even got to the dealer. Ive always heard people say "be prepared to be there all day." We were there for an HOUR. Maybe even less! All I had to do was sign & pay. Done. Car was washed & full tank of gas was put in. Amazing. Given that this was my first time going through this without having someone cosign or sign for me, the experience was absolutely spectacular. Fernando made it happen - he really worked with us. He walked me through all the features of the car and answered all questions. The finance guy was great too - easiest forms Ive ever signed & the technology is great. The floor manager even came out to say congrats! I was so nervous for this all to happen and I was dreading being at the dealership all day, but when I decide to get a new car again... I WILL be going back to Chevy of Montebello without a doubt. We might even be back sooner than we thought for another family member because of the amazing experience my parents and I had. EVERYTHING went to smoothly & I am so grateful for everything Fernando did to make this possible. Thank you Fernando & Chevrolet of Montebello! Definitely made me one happy happy customer :)

Im not sure how much it usually costs, but I was only charged $39.99 which was fine by me, and nice of the gentleman to let me know he had coupon that I can use. I am grateful. Only issue i had was the wait time, but they provide shuttle services, which is nice.

I was not happy their because no one was there to help me also I needed to go inside to asked for help. Then they really didnt want to help me after so on Sunday March 12 I came to the dealer in Montebello this guy came to me and introduce himself to me as Daniel. Bad bad service they waste my time I went in for New vehicle the Guy runs my Credit. Everything was going fine I was just waiting on the response to get the best interest rate , when all of the sudden the guy comes out and told me the vehicle has been sold and that the was the last one we had . He couldve told me that since I got there instead for making me wait for almost 2hr . Thats not it is go online again and the Vehicle still posted like if they have it so I dont know if is like a hook to bring you in then sell you something else. But clearly that is wrong , or maybe they just have bad communication wich is also bad and wrong as well.

When I came into this dealership I was expecting people who would be very helpful with the buying process. It was very frustrating as we were being helped by sales person, Victor, but we kept getting other people thrown at us with different information. After deciding this was NOT the dealership I would like to purchase my car, I receive a call from a lady as a follow up to why I hadnt purchase the car. She was very demeaning as in her words "need to explain things slowly for you to understand". I am a potential buyer and for someone to be disrespectful is not a place I would ever recommend to anyone. Not only did they not want to work out a solution, but they do not realize theyre sales strategy is terrible. If Victor is helping someone, he should be the only one to attend that client that way there is no miscommunication when other sales people are intervening because they do not have customers to attend to. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Brought my car in for brake fluid service, David S, welcomed me & got the paperwk going...while waiting for the shuttle, David took me over to see the new camaros, I appreciated that, we talked abt Christmas & plans for New Years Eve. Hes very friendly & helpful. Hes honest & I feel he tries his best to make all of his clients/customers happy. Also, I wanted to recognize Carlos the shuttle driver & David, I really need to get home, my grandmother had gotten on her hands & knees & before she knew it she couldnt get up, she called me crying. I wanted to express y 100% satisfaction with Chevrolet of Montebello. My wife and I look for over 5 weeks and ended up buying our pre-owned 2015 GMC Acadia from this dealership. The experience was very pleasant. Our Sales Representative Carlos did an outstanding job in communication with us online and in answering all of our questions. He was courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. I live in Gilbert Arizona; I basically bought my SUV without seeing it. This is how much confidence I had in dealing with such a professional person. "Air Conditioner Failure No Help"
Took my 2011 truck for air conditioning problem well within my warranty. I told them my air conditioner would make a grinding noise every time I turned on my A/C after it had been sitting for a few days. Not only that, my A/C cold air would turn off (fan stayed on) while driving and my battery gauge would drop to 9 volts. After 5 or 10 minutes it would start working again and the volts back up to 12 or 14. After 4 visits and 2 1/2 yrs they would not fix it because they could not duplicate the problem. During one visit they found the system was empty on freon.. I gave up (now out of warranty) a finally took it to Pepboys. They found the A/C compressor was defective. They said theve seen this problem in 2009 thru 2011 Silverado and Suburbans in the past. I have NOT had any more problems with my AC. NOTE: this in ONLY on this issue, Chevrolet of Montebello has been good on other repairs.

In my previous car buying attempts, it would start off very good, but end up with the usual phrases "You need a co-signer or you need more money down" or the (Sorry, but you dont qualify for a new car. Well much to my surprise, I went in on a Saturday, and drove home the same day in a BRAND NEW 2013!!!! I was totally bewildered when the salesman ( Eugene Aquino) told me "Were getting the car washed and cleaned up for you" I looked at him and said "What?" and he repeated what he said. I the went in and spoke to the finance mgr (Mr. Victoria) who was also incredible, when he told us our rate would be even lower than first mentioned. Overall it was a GREAT experience, and Thank-You to Chevrolet of Montebello for restoring my faith in the U.S. Auto Industry, and now I know President Obama did the right thing!!!!!
