I merely reached out to the dealership asking if a Truck they had advertised was still available. Never heard from them. Not even a bait and switch response. Maybe they dont know how to use your site or interact in the digital age? Hard for me to give them a grade since we never exchanged anything. So I should be fair and rate them as indifferent.

Don Steves Autoplex is not affilated with Cheverolet at this time, and that is where the issue lies, They dont say one way or the other that that is the case. They still run the service bays, and pricing on repairs as if they were still involved with a major car company backing them up. They have a large facility but they are really no better than the local independent shop, I have an issue paying full list price for non factory parts that cannot be repaired at any dealership around the nation. I have continued to support this repair shop, But am finding it harder to do as I have more dealings with them.
