I inquired on a car I was ready to buy.. called, left a voicemail and sent several emails via thier website... no response on my voicemail and only recieved and auto generated email . Not acceptable , there are to many dealerships to have to follow up with the sales department. I will buy elsewhere . Definately doesnt represent quality or customer service you would associate with the Mercedes Brand.

Had a coupon. Inclusions clearly listed. Coupon reviewed at drop off Then ignored at pick up. Had to print it out, review it line item per line item with the dealership. Was chatged for items clearly include. Then told no one gets the prce I got so I better give a GREAT review How about car delearships just treat customer?s respectfully, stop the shenanigans, have integrity, and do what?s on the marketing paperwork created by your company? That would be nice.

I was upset and surprised the initial estimate of my repair cost did not Include the repair of the main reason I brought in the car. Because when I asked how much it cost when told my car was ready it was much more than I had expected. Then when I arrived to pick up my car the amount was even more than what I was told on the phone. Their explanation was that they were only talking about the main repair when I asked for the cost. This did not make sense to me. I should have been told the total amount of the repair cost so I could be prepared to pay When I picked up my car. In addition I had to request that the charges be explained to me because initially i was just sent to the sent to the cachier.

The entire experience has been delightful, from the test drive to the purchase, and now to the service, and especially driving this wonderful car (C300). The sale price was very competitive. Allan (Internet Sales) and Bob (Car Specialist) were very helpful and did not exert any pressure. They answered all my questions and Bob was especially helpful in showing me how to use the myriad of features on the car. I was take by surprise when the Finance Manager, Nick, offered so many expensive extras after I thought the purchase was complete (extended warranty, tire protection, etc.) but I did decide to take most of them because I thought they were worth the added cost. Ive been to the service dept. for a minor recall and it is a very impressive and comfortable facility. Everyone treats me with respect, even when I ask what may seem to be naive questions.

We drove all the way from long beach, TWICE, to try to buy something here because we thought it had the best service and deal. Thats four hours drive, per day. Saw a C300 first, then wanted to spend more to potentially buy a E350. No one except for one salesperson approached us, and showed barely any interest selling to I guess "low potential" buyers? Cause we are young and showed up in flop flops? The second day when we showed up, we sat in a 40k car that we were seriously considering buying for at least half an hr and no one came. We just decided to leave because we are not gonna give our money to someone that isnt interested in selling us the car. I personally feel very disappointed and disrespected. Worst experience with a Mercedes dealer! Never ever ever buying from this one ever I am taking my business somewhere else! What a waste of time to drive all the way here!

By far the most professional Benz dealer in LA area. I had fuel assembly issues and was brushed off by Downtown LA dealer who lied to me stating it was not covered despite the extended warranty and the South Bay dealer who refused to manually check the tank and tried to sell me SRS sensor replacement for $ 2300 for easy money. I have bought 3 Benzes in the past 10 years and will buy my next one in Santa Monica. They replaced the defective part for me without any hassle . I really would like to thank the owner and management for their ethical business practice.
