Normally I never leave reviews, but for something that I feel this strong about I had to. This is for all of those people who go by reviews from other buyers, you Will Not be disappointed here. I was searching for my dream car and feared buying from a private seller was a bad idea because once your gone so are your ties to the former owner. Something breaks its on you, so I opted for a dealership to at least have some protection. I found my 2010 Challenger R/T @ Coney Island Auto, it had Everything I wanted and even a few more options I hadnt thought of. When I called I assumed it would be difficult to finance as I am rebuilding my credit, student loans etc.., but to my surprise they had me approved in just hours! They are family owned and operated and some of the nicest people Ive ever dealt with. I left my deposit over the phone and picked up my car the next day, they did ALL the DMV work... plates, regi, inspection...I was treated like a celebrity, feeling very pampered =) The next day my key remotes stopped working but as soon as I called to let them know, Glen had a locksmith on his way to my house and I was given 2 new ones, no hassles, no $$, they paid for it all and made sure it was done right. I cant say enough about this dealership, its Gorgeous clean cars, and most important, the people that work with you. Glen and Sylvia, the guys that work on the cars and clean em up were SO nice. I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to buy from them, and to those of you looking to buy...STOP and search their inventory for your car! You will not find a more honest and trustworthy car lot. Thank you to everyone at Coney Island Auto, I LOVE my car!!

"09 Matrix"

Bought a 09 Matrix from Coney & V, write this review after running a month included a 300m round trip to PA, no issue at all. The fuel consumption was not ideal in the city, its getting better after increased the tire pressure a bit. All in all is a good experience, Alex helps me all the way from finance to insurance. The price stated a "fair deal” form Cargurus. However, IMHO a Worry-free deal is a “Good deal”. Thank you, ¿Alex & his colleague (help me out with the test drive, sorry forgot your name). Highly Recommend.

I would recommend Coney and V very highly to anyone in the market for a used car. I was looking for a specific vehicle (2007-09 Mustang GT) and found it for sale there on Cars.com. From the first phone call to Alex where we quickly and professionally made the deal to handling the paperwork to leaving the dealership with the car it was a great experience. I had to fly into NYC (JFK) to pick up the car and they were even nice enough to pay my cab fare. Got me a cup of coffee. We noticed the car was missing the carpet in the trunk. No problem, they ordered me a new one on the spot shipped to my house. Checked the tire pressure before I left to make sure I got home safely. Gave me some good tips about the best way to navigate out of the city too. All of these are little things for sure but it adds up to a first class experience - oh, and the car was in pristine shape inside and out and has run like a top since I got it home. These are car guys who know their business and want to have happy customers who will spread the word. I am glad to do so because they treated me very well. Coney and V has my highest recommendation.

I just purchased a used car I found on Cars.com from this dealership and I couldnt be happier. I worked with Alex. The car was exactly, if not better, than the pictures I reviewed on this site. When I found the add, I used this app to email the dealer and Alex responded right away. He was very attentive and easy to communicate with the whole time. My fiancé and I went to test drive the car, loved it, and decided to buy. Alex walked through the entire purchase process and made things easy. He was incredibly patient and explained everything in detail. I havent had a car in 10 years, so this purchase was like a first timer and I could t be luckier than to find the car I wanted at Coney V. I needed to purchase a used, inexpensive vehicle for my move from Brooklyn to Chicago. I had a few requirements, including price. But, the rest of my options were open. After searching Coney & V Auto Sales consistently had positive reviews with no negative comments I could find. After calling to confirm some information, I could understand why they are so well reviewed. I spoke with Alex over the phone. He was very courteous and helpful. He continued to work with me when I went to the lot to look at vehicles. Throughout the process, Alex was very helpful, patient, flexible and responsive. I did not feel pressured into purchasing anything or looking at options outside of my requirements. Alex knows his inventory very well and was able to quickly get me to a short list. This is one of the best buying experiences Ive ever had. I was able to quickly identify and purchase a vehicle, which I was able to load and drive from Brooklyn to Chicago without incident. I recommend this dealership to everyone. The only cons I noted are that the office is somewhat small. So, it is a little uncomfortable at times. And the selection, although broad, is relatively small. The website is a great resource to see everything available, which may not all be on the lot. I recommend reaching out to the team in advance and let them know what you want. That way, if they dont have it available at the time, they can let you know as soon as they do.

A month ago, I bought a 2004 Honda Civic from Coney and V that I found on Cars.com. When I went there, they had the car ready for me, and let me take my time checking it out, and taking it for a test drive. They didnt pressure me at all, they were just chatty and friendly. The car was beautiful, cleaned, polished, and ready to go with new tires even. They were super friendly, registered the car for me and sent me the extra keys and paperwork a few weeks later. I couldnt believe how nice and easy this whole process was. He even gave me some change to take my son for ice cream on the way home. Who does that?? I highly recommend this business.

We recently bought a 2005 Volkswagon Passat at Coney and V. Every aspect of the process was easy and completely hassle free. We knew we wanted a Volkswagon Passat and we were worried it may not be there when we arrived to test drive. Charlie let us put down a 100% refundable deposit to take the car off the lot. When it came time to close the deal, there was no pressure or tactics. We got a fair price for the car which also included an amazing warranty and a GPS system. They even shipped our tags and an owners manual. We love our car and couldnt be happier with how everything unfolded. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
