The team of Mr. Keith Nichols (management), Seyla (LA) Kong (Sales), and Terrance (Finance) are exceptional people and epitomized the true spirit of customer service. Their professional demeanor and in depth knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz products & services were the deciding factors that convinced me to purchase my vehicle from this dealership. I initially expressed desire to purchase a vehicle in January of this year but changed my mind. However, over the past 10 months this team continued to stay in contact with me but not to the extent where I deemed it a nuisance. Mr. Kong’s pleasant personality made my visits to the dealership relaxing & enjoyable which is quite unusual these days. Mr. Terrance was diligent in his efforts to get me a great financing package, which was more favorable than my credit union. Lastly, I can’t say enough about Mr. Nichols who spearheaded the entire operation. Mr. Nichols was constantly engaged in every phase of the purchasing process. From vehicle selection to purchase price negotiations to vehicle delivery, Mr. Nichols made the entire ordeal stress free but yet fair to both sides. I had visited several MB dealerships in Maryland & Virginia but the reason I selected Silver Spring dealership (and will do so for future purchases) is solely because of Mr. Nichols. From looking at his business card, I was surprised to know that he was not a General Manager. But if I might offer this piece of advice: Find an opportunity to make Mr. Nichols a General manager at some Mercedes-Benz dealership. This guy is a keeper!!!

I initially visited Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring on a Friday evening to test drive a 2018 GLC 300 coupe. I was greeted by Theo Vamos. Theos level of customer service is unparalleled. Theo walked me through the finance options Mercedes Benz offered he made my decision to purchase a vehicle rather easy. The finance department offered the same unparalleled customer service. In past experience at other dealerships normally the finance process can take hours and you feel like you are being pressured. Working with Terry in the finance department I was treated wonderful he put my options on the table without any pressure. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring.

Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring is a premier place to purchase a new or used vehicle in the Washington Metro Area!!! My salesman, "his name was King" was simply the best auto salesman Ive encountered in over 20 years. He had superior knowledge of the vehicle ( GL 550) and never pressured us while helping to make a very fair deal. Management knew how to respect the buyer and never crossed any boundaries. Even the finance department was on point and very helpful. Overall, definitely one of the best experiences ever buying a high end or any automobile in over 20 years!!!

Previously, we experienced an unfortunate situation in Annapolis Mercedes Benz where the salesman did not know his stuff and everyone acted too busy to work with us so we came to Silver Spring. Walking into these local MB offices is similar to walking into a funeral home. MB needs to work on their meet and greet skills. If it had not been for Tony, we were ready to walk right back out. There are businesses that want to sell us a car with more enthusiasm. Tony is definitely a priceless asset to this dealership. Actually, he saved the day for the dealership.

f you want to buy a Mercedes Benz, and you live in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area, I really recommend that you go to Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring. I bought a beutiful C300 Coupe there last week and my car buying experience was absolutely outstanding! Not only did I get the car of my dreams, I got it for an a great price and was completely satisfied by the time that I left the dealership. First, let me say that I have bought cars from several different dealerships for the last 20 years and I have never had such a great experience as I had at this dealership. My salesmans name is Khalil Nuri and he and his sales manager (Keith) definitely went above and beyond to help me. I didnt entirely know what I wanted, so it took some time and effort on Khalils part to help me so that I could really make the best decision and get the best price. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring and my sales rep, Ashlee Walton, was truly exceptional. I traded in my ML 350 which was bought at this location for a GL 550. I explained exactly what I was looking for and she found me a gorgeous vehicle! She was very responsive to all my questions and was very attentive to my very busy schedule, making sure all the paperwork was ready when I arrived. She coordinated pickup and dropoff of my vehicle for some cosmetic touch ups and constantly kept me updated. She was extremely polite and friendly and conducted herself with utmost professionalism.
