From our first email response from Kayla the online manager at Colonial South Jeep to our salesperson Jasons well-detailed walk-through of our New 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn was an unforgettably exciting and truly enjoyable experience!! After our online price quote from Kayla, my wife and I drove down to Colonial South Jeep Ram Dodge dealership and was immediately greeted by the lovely receptionist at their front desk. She responded quickly to our request to speak to Kayla about the price quote. Kayla then introduced us to our salesperson Jason and our experience continued to get even better from that point on. Jason drove quickly to their other lot to retrieve the Ram 1500 we requested to test drive. From there on we met with the Sales Manager Eli who worked very quickly and most importantly, fairly with our needs and concerns. He gave us a great deal on our trades too. Shortly after, we agreed on terms and my wife and I then met with Paul the finance manager. Paul was thorough and prompt with his answers to all our questions and concerns, in regards to our financing. We could not be happier with our decision to buy from Colonial South Jeep.
