The people that work at this dealership are the worst of the worst of used car dealerships. They are your stereotypical type of sales and financing staff that you hear of when someone has the most awful experience with a "used car dealership".Dan the young kid who was supposed to help me in finding a car to finance,was nowhere to be found after the first few minutes of walking into the building. So then this other salesman Frank takes over and imediatly has myself and my Dad who was going to cosign for me fill out paperwork to finance a car with all personal information like ss# and address bank accounts and paystubs. He says exactly what was going to work and work as far as getting a loan on a particular car. I was there for no more than twenty minutes and i was told to expect a call next day . I never got a call and after a day i made call to them and was told by Frank that it doesnt look good for me to get financed on the vehicle i wanted because of my bed credit. Their website say "guarenteed credit for any car ,any year, anyone" . Just not me i guess. The following week i saw the vehicle i was trying to buy from them was marked up 2 thousand dollrs because it was a convertible and the weather started getting nice and probably sell easier than in the winter which convertibles are less looked at. Coincidence? Nah theyre just a bunch of jerks. Stay away from this dealership its the worst of the worst ,Dan , Frank , Nikki, and they"re manager Mike whatever are awful people who do not care in helping anyone but themselves. DLC INC.

My salesman was very patient with me. We took several cars in test rides and looked them over. Also, I was in a specific price range. I found my car, and had the payments I needed ! I was looking for a car for my teenage daughter who had just gotten her license. this was her first car so I wanted to buy a car that was safe, in good condition and at a good price. I wasnt familiar with the process and not really familiar with which car would be the best deal. I was greeted immediately when I entered into the car lot . my car salesmans name was Matt Gershkoff. He was very friendly and so much help. I explained to him what I was looking for and he showed me a few cars that met my criteria. When we finally picked the chevy cruz I was very confident that it was going to be a great car for my daughter. They did all the leg work as far as registration etc. I was very pleased with all the help that was given to us. She drives the car to work and school and I never have to worry about her in an unsafe vehicle. Thank You Matt for all your help and to all of your coworkers that assisted in helping you.
