"Not Up-front."

Went and looked at a 2008 Lancer Evolution... A car that is commonly driven by a younger crowd so finding one without modifications is rare. The pictures online looked good but what threw me off instantly was as soon as I looked at the car for the first time my salesperson explain that "The check engine light is on due to no catalytic converter". I imagine they know that if that information was explained over the phone the customer, me, would of never stopped by. Other than that visually from the outside it looked fine so I drove it; mind you the price was something I was will to negotiate on maybe just a little but I wanted the car that day if I was able. The car drove fine other than it reaked of gas because of an excess amount of fuel sitting in the exhaust due to having no cat. After I pulled back into the dealership I notice on the rear bumper it looked like a car gently backed into it because the dent even though they were small, were clearly from a license plate of another car. It really wasnt the biggest deal to me, I just figured Id let the salesperson know.... lol. But what totally set me to be completely uninterested was that right above the end of the exhaust tips on the bumper there was 2 extra padding materials that were added aftermarket by the previous owner, one of each side of the exhaust exit on the rear bumper. I truly dont believe that they didnt know what they were for or cared for that matter. The purpose of having no catalytic converter on a car is the add more un-burnt fuel into the exhaust and as a result when you bounce the tach off the rev limiter, the car will shoot flames out the back burning all the extra gas thats been pooling up. The purpose of that extra padding screwed into the bumper is for when flames happen, they dont melt the plastic bumper so the padded material takes the firey abuse. So it added to my consensus that the car was brutally driven by its previous owner. I cannot stand when a dealership tries to sell a car with a check engine light on... I knew there was more to it other than the owner removed the cat for an unknown reason so thats when I had to look at the entire car maliciously. Moral of the story... In my opinion dont expect to sell a car that isnt ready to be sold other than you may have a poor gentleman that has not a clue what he should be looking for. Thank you.

Spoke to Kristen who has an attitude problem and then transferred me to a gentlemen with a very strong ascent who is also rude and just wants you to get off the phone... Called again the next day and spoke to a girl who doesnt know about cars or what shes talking about... Mema? & then she transferred me to a different sales person who doesnt have an ascent but I waited 10 minutes to speak to him to tell me he will give me a call back which he never did.... Still waiting for that call back.... NEVER AGAIN! hire people who doesnt have an attitude problem in other words whos a people person that would make you feel comfortable and someone that knows about cars since that is a CAR dealership. As for the sales representatives I have no words.... Horrible! I will take my business elsewhere.... I guess if I would of bought a car from there... they would of been nicer to me. What a shame!

if I could rate this place a NO star I would but I rate it a 3 ONLY because of ditmtri and diaz. At first I called in regarding a 07 X3 and spoke to diaz. I am a out of state buyer (Albany) and it would be pointless to go and get turned down. I ask if diaz could send me pictures eventhough they had some online but I wanted to see up close and she answered all my questions through text. We were communicating back & fourth for about a week of answering all my questions and making me feel okay about purchasing a car from out of state which I never done! Thank you for being patient. I also spoke to Jose and he wasnt very patient with me. I am a out of state buyer I am willing to drive up there and get the car (which I did but a different one) I am spending MY money to your dealership and Jose made me feel like he just wanted me to come in regardless of how I felt, he was getting annoyed of my questions and I didnt want to deal with his unprofessionlism so I dealt with ditimri and he was VERY patient!!! My nephew bought a car here who recommended me to Jose. So I send in a vehicle request on a 2013 BMW 528i and within seconds, I received a phone call by a lovely woman by the name of Dias. She was very sweet and honest about the whole thing! I also spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jose who reasurre me due to my situation, I will be taken care off! I made an appointment tomorrow. Hopefully this will work. The reason towards this review is because I am very satisfied on how customer service is going so far regardless if my situation will work or not...

My name is Julio. I was communicating with a guy name FELIX over the phone. I called in and asked for him. Once he got on the phone I started asking questions. I never brought a car from a dealership so I dont know the process. Every time I asked a question he seem to get more and more annoyed and at one point he hung up on me and when I called back he said we got disconnect when I was in an area with 100% service. I dont care if he hung up or not Im more upset on how he treated his customer just because I asked questions doesnt give you the reason to be annoyed. I wouldnt come back or recommend this place to first timer buyers if youre used to dealership business then go ahead and get crappy customer service!

I was a bit hesitate in going to planet Mitsubishi due to the reviews but I took a chance! I must say it was all worth it! I called & spoke to Diaz (VERY pleasant, lovely & trusty person) she was very honest with me & I appreciate that because MOST dealership just want you to come in & waste your time so I appreciate her for being honest with me. I wanted to see the 2013 Audi Q7 but it was a bit out of my price range, she offered the 2012 Audi Q7 & won me over! I made an appointment that same day & when I came in, I spoke to Dimitry who is also a very kind person! Dont believe these people! Make sure you actually talk to someone who knows whats going on and not the receptionist who answers the phone.

I loved the way planet Mitsubishi took care of us. We saw 2009 bmw x5 listed for 24990 plus 1995 down .We were very happy with the price but were hesitant about how car might look in person called the dealership spoke to Diaz and made a appointment, She was very pleasant and gave us a appointment same day, When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see car was super clean and ready for us to test drive ,I am glad we called in advance and made a appointment. We were treated very nicely by the sales person very professional. They said car was certified sure enough it looked like a certified Bmw.Planet Mitsubishi gave us 12 months of free maintenance on the car. Which we have used twice already. I tell you this dealership goes above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Very friendly staff but its just a waste of time, they keep you there for hours only to tell you at the end that the cost of the car doubles the price they advertised on the internet. They didnt even feel sorry it was my first car and I had no credit history, I was going to be on the hook if I accepted.

We went to buy a used car, the staff were beyond professional and very knowledgeable, they have a great selection of used cars. You only need to be aware of the extra costs they will add up to your final bill, so make them show you all those extra costs and hidden fees before you release the down-payment, the price we ended up paying was 40% more. Overall great experience but check your final bill.

I saw this great deal on bmw m3 and I called planet mitsubishi to find out if they had the advertised car in stock once i got there confirmation i drove all the way to gardencity from lancaster,pa. I was little unsure of the codition of the car cause lot of times car looks very nice on internet till you see it in person but thank god it was a big relief all there cars were very clean so i took 2011 bmw m3 for test drive and i was plesantly surprised the way the car performed.I negotiated the deal with richard and then we proceded to the finance office and there i met this lovely lady Laura she was so nice i cant explain .she gave me enough time to explain the entire transaction boy o boy she really spend lot of time to address all my concern she was so patient that she won me over.Overall i tell you it was the best experience of my life buying this car from planet mitsubishi i will definetlily recommend everybody to go and buy from them they are no nonsense dealer what you see is what you get i really like that about planet mitsubishi.

I called this dealership to make a offer. I immediately caught on that she was trying to play games with me. I offered a number to buy the car and she said i would have to finance so they could make money on that end. This dealership trys to play the tennis ball game. Employee did not have a professional demeanor. This is enough dealerships and cars to continue to shop around. STAY AWAY from this dealership.
