I was shopping at Kia Alhambra on Saturday March 25 2017. Sales person Alex was very nice but when it was time to sit with financial person he did not seem to be interested that I wanted to buy a car. Mind you that my credit was not the best he could have been a little nicer. He told me to get a co signer and come back. I was really bummed. I came back on Monday March 26 2017 with a co signer whos credit was in the high 600s. Same financial person assisted me again he did not treat us nicely and I asked the sales man what was wrong with him and he said his stomach¿ didnt feel well so guess what the customer got the bad end of the stick. I would never recommend Kia Alhambra to anyone.

I was looking to trade in my leased 2015 Kia Optima that Kia of Glendale sold us but they gave us no options. When I went into KIA OF ALHAMBRA I was amazed on how helpful their team was. They wanted to really help knowing my current situation. You can feel and see the honesty from them unlike what I experienced in car pros Kia of Glendale. We ended up with a new contract for a 2017 Kia Forte with lower payment. They also let me cosing. Everyone who helped us was amazing. This was a great place to buy a new car. First we checked out some of the cars and were interested in one. Once they saw that we liked the car, we were able to test drive it. After, we did the paper work and took a while to buy the car. However, the employees were very helpful in answering important questions and generous when they offered us coffee or drinks. They were really understanding about our questions of the car financially, and I was able to have the car that same night I bought it. I highly recommend.
