Greeted us at the door and the cordiality continued throughout the process. The sales manager and the salesperson listened to our requirements, did not try to up sell or persuade us away from our goal. From our discussions we were given a look at several choices, but came quickly to a conclusion. Bought a used Tiquan that afternoon and drove it home that evening. A representative arrived at our door the next morning and processed the out of state registration and inspection work required. Easy. Nice vehicle. No buyers remorse on this one.

"Poor Experience With Unprofessional And Rude Staff"
We experienced unprofessional and rude encounter with sales manager Ted Shabo who was extremely condescending to us because in his opinion we got a "great deal" that he basically didnt feel like we needed to be treated with any amount of decency. When we gave feedback (other staff were decent people) to the GM Brian Farrington, his response was "Well if you have anyone that wants to take advantage of a ridiculous deal like you guys did, have them see me personally and I can assist them". So he didnt even acknowledge our experience. Its unfortunate because if he had responded differently and acknowledged our feelings and experience we wouldnt even be giving this negative (albeit deserved) review.

"Not What I Expected"
I know, "Its the dealer" so you expect a high cost to walk in and get the car looked at. But for me, I had an issue I know took them more than an hour and actually they needed to let the car sit for the night. They also adjusted my headlights. All I was charged was the first hour. Thats not cheap, but I expected it would be a lot more. So I appreciate the sensible charge and got my monies worth for sure!
