I had a great car buying experience with OC-Autosource. Tony, the Owner is personable guys and did a great job finding me financing with with my awful credit. They are a great team to work with... very detail oriented and efficient. I recommend them as a dealer of choice and look forward to doing business with hem again if future. PS... they have an amazing fleet of customized and high end luxury vehicles at great prices. you have to check this dealership out.

"Transporting A Vehicle"

We had a bad experience with this dealership... We transport a 2010 Rolls-Royce Ghost from Salt Lake City to this dealership for Michael B Simon... he paid us with a check at the time of delivering the vehicle which it returned back NSF... I been contacting Michael since then sending him emails, calling him, texting him and he have not resolve anything until now... now he is not even answering our calls... the driver went back to the dealership to talk to a manager or somebody else that could help us get pay for our work we did transporting the vehicle for them and when a manager came to talk to the driver he just laughed saying that Michael Simon was only a "ghost buyer" that he purchases vehicles under the dealers name but have nothing to do with them... I have proves of everything... The only thing we want is to get pay for the transportation services that we did and will be fair enough and for Michael Simon to stop doing this to other people or companies.

"Bought Site Unseen. Couldnt Be Happier!"

I wanted a BMW Z4 3.5is. I wanted Black exterior with Red interior. There werent any for sale near me. But OC Auto had it. They are in California, I am in Cincinnati. We discussed the car they had for sale. I was unable to view the vehicle in person, so felt what I was doing was a bit risky, but the vehicle still had factory warranty and they assured me that the car was in great condition. On their word, I bought it. Had it shipped to me in Cincinnati. They were very responsive to my requests. Between Tony and Louis, they answered all my questions. Id highly recommend them as a national dealership. There was an issue with the car that appeared to happen during transportation. When I called Tony to discuss it, the first thing out of his mouth was "Karen, dont worry about this, youre not alone in this. Well make it right for you." and they did. When it was all said and done, my husband said, "What a great dealership." I totally expected them to tell me to pound salt since Im on the other side of the country. We were both pleased and now were tooling around in the new convertible just in time for prime convertible weather in Cincinnati. What a great group with a sincere desire to sell a quality product and support the sale all the way through, even with a couple of bumps in the road. I was very impressed. Id buy from them again. If only everyone stood by their product like this. What a wonderful world it would be.

"Great Buying Experience!!!"

I found the vehicle I was seeking (BMW 650i) at OC Autosource . The problem is that I live in Louisiana, almost 2,000 miles away. I was reluctant to discuss let alone purchase a vehicle without being physically on location. Internet research helped validate that OC Autosource was a reputable organization. The staffs detailed photos and vehicle description eased me into a position to consider this buy. An e-mail request through the website for additional information was almost immediately responded to by Tony who suggested a follow-up phone call. We discussed options for delivery if I decided to purchase and additional buyer details. His professionalism, knowledge and business details helped me reach a quick decision. I purchased the vehicle on Friday afternoon, OC selected an excellent delivery company; vehicle was picked up Saturday morning,; and I received delivery on Tuesday evening. Written and verbal communication ensued throughout the process. All of the necessary paperwork was delivered to me for signature and returned paid priority delivery. The process was made easy by the group at OC Autosource. I was absolutely satisfied with the transaction and highly recommend doing business with them.

"My First Porsche"

I searched far and wide for a unique Porsche and Tony at OC Autosource had it. I emailed him for more information and he provided everything I asked and then some. We decided on a price and I flew down to pick up the car. From that first phone call, to Tony picking me up at the Airport to Luis helping me through the paperwork everything was a class act. This was my first Porsche and Tony helped make it something that I will never forget. I would recommend OC Autosource to anyone.

I have now been a client of OC Autosource and Tony for over 5 years. In this industry it is extremely hard to find a reputable, honest, and trustworthy dealer. Tony has gone out of his way through every transaction we have made ( I buy from Tony a lot! I kind of have a car problem lol). He knows every bank and his reputation alone solidifies that you are getting the best deal and financing around. I have bought only high end quality vehicles from him and overtime Tony keeps his word and beats the last offer i bought from him! Everyone at his shop from the financing manager to his sales people are all on top of their game and make you feel at home. The customer service you receive from the moniute you walk on to the property is above all expectations. Never ever have i felt pressure to buy a car or speak to a sale man. They come out and offer water, coffee, or soda and then turn around and leave. When youre ready then simply walk in and speak your mind. All of his vehicle are thoroughly inspected and if there is something that i didnt like or something i wanted fixed or replaced/redone Tony never had an issue to make it work, HONESTLY he cares about his clients because he understands what value is in the relationship and not just a sale. Everything form the Mercedes S550 to the BMV 6 Series I have been completely satisfied and still to this day come to him for my services, upgrades, and advice on my vehicles. I HIGHLY recommend OC Autosource and Tony for all of your auto purchases and financing needs. I am always in and out in an hour or less because he is very straight forward and everything is black and white. No shady sales pitch or smoke and mirrors, it either works out or it doesnt. and if it doesnt he will find something that will work. He found me the dream car my S550 and I cant believe the deal he worked out for me. Listening to him talk to the bank was like he was talking to family and his word was gold. You can NOT find that anywhere!!!!!! Tony, my family and I thank you for everything you have done for us!!!!!

Long story short, I bought the vehicle at a fair price and had the vehicle shipped to me here in Wyoming. Tony and Lou handled everything in a professional manner and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their service and asked if there was anything else I needed. The car exceeded my expectations and then some. OC Autosource was very honest in their presentation of the vehicle. I would highly recommend OC Autosource as the benchmark in their profession.

"Amazing, Service, Intergrity, Quality, And Honesty"

My total experience with OC Autosource has been so amazing I had to write this review. To start off with I was shopping for a Mercedes SL class roadster, I,had my eyes on 2. One an 08 with 29k miles on it at a larger dealership and an 07 with 47k at OC, 08 a couple grand more than the 07. Was near OC Auto so I had my buddy call them to inquire for me as I was driving. Now, heres what initially impressed me. Within the first 30 seconds into the call he was informed about a leak in the hydrolic system of the roof and that it was being fixed and with Genuine Mercedes parts. The fact that before anything was said, and was informed immediately before we got there displayed the Integrity of the owner, Tony who took the call, which highly surprised me in the beginning. Since we were in the area we decided to check it out. And was very warmly greeted. No pressure, almost as if a neighbor was just showing you around. Just really comfortable. Showed me the car, amongst all the other AMAZING luxury vehicles that were there, pointed out the features and added options my vehicle had, and the rarity of the color combination of the particular vehicle. Also that they could service the car right there with Mercedes parts. Loved that fact. Now, the SL has always been my dream car, especially when the come out with the hard top convertable. Honestly, I never thought I would ever get one, would never be able to afford it. But these guys made my dreams come true, a few days before my birthday even! These guys knew that Im just an average Joe, not a CEO or anything and, this is pretty much the last car that Ill ever purchase, but I never felt like they were just selling just to sell, they were creating a relationship with a new customer. They went above and beyond to get me into my dream car. Didnt say they could and crash it down with an unrealistic goal for me to achieve. They followed through everything they promised. Im so very happy with the level of service and the "Whatever it takes" & "well work it out" attitude that made me their client. And being a smaller dealer, a more individualized service to the client. They also seem to be able to pick out the best of the best of these pre-owned high end luxury vehicles and sports cars, Im constantly being asked if my SL is a 12 or 13, and actually was approached by a car broker, while in LA, at a grocery store parking lot wanting to buy mine right there, a day after I took possession of it! And made me take his number to call him when I was ready to sell it! That was an amazing feeling! Ive only been driving it for a day and a half! There is so much more I could say, but, this itself is quite a bit. Needless to say I never looked at the 08 with less mileage, because I got so much more than my dream car, I have a place that I can trust to work on it, people I can trust to sent my friends to and, most of all, new friends that made a dream into a reality. The environment when you walk thru the door is Class, Quality, and a huge selection of Primo automobiles. Tony and his team are awesome. I worked with Josh who provided me with all the information to make my decision. No haggle price and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Josh filled my tank up with gas, washed my car and it was spotless. In addition, they gave me a cover for my new SC430 Lexus. They are a family operation and you feel the culture every time you visit the beautiful showroom. Louis processed the paperwork quickly. Josh handed me the keys. On may way out Tony phoned me to thank me for my business. The quality of people, cars, and service are a 10. I am so pleased with everything Ive told many family and friends. I recently purcahsed a car from OC Auto Source and the sales person KERRY was the one helping me buy my new MINI Cooper. If you are looking at a car, swing by the Orange location and see Kerry. He is willing to work with your credit and able to find a deal that will suit your financial means, as well as a car that you love. Hes a down-to-Earth guy and patient with you, definitely ask for him if you need help! To be honest, I was a little skeptical at first since the company is relatively new in my area, but when I arrived, I was very welcomed. Plus, the Costa Mesa location had fantastic reviews on Yelp. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here at OC Autosource and I hope that this review helps give confidence in getting you to swing by and see the car in person. The only downside was that their Orange lcoation has not been fully set-up to network with the Costa Mesa location, so I had to take time and drive to the Costa Mesa location to finish the paperwork.

First i have to start by saying their showroom is amazing. They are NOT like a typical dealership who stuffs you in a tiny cubicle to discuss prices. They have a comfy couch to relax on with a nice TV to watch, a keurig for as much coffee as you want, sodas in the fridge, chips and if you go now, probably a load of girl scout cookies. These guys know how to take a stressful situation like buying a car, and turn it into something enjoyable. The cars that they have there are all very high end, and high quality vehicles. I purchased a 2006 Diesel Silverado, with all the works, and they took very good care of me. Even after i had already bought the vehicle they took it for an extensive detailing which included paint, to make sure what i drove away in was in as new a condition as could be. My neighbor just asked me today if it was a 2012 Silverado! All in all this was the greatest car buying experience that i could imagine having. They are a small company, and they treat you like a friend instead of a quota. Their prices are more then fair and their service can not be matched. I do, and will continue to recommend them for anyone who wants a car that they have. Thanks guys!
