I found the car on cars.com. It was 500 miles west of where I live. The negotiation was done long distance. Robert was responsive and knowledgeable. The car was as represented. Of course, I think I overpaid, but it is a special car and I am happy with it. I picked the car up and the folks were all very nice, prepared, and professional. I promised Rob JR, I would submit a detailed excellent experience testimonial so here it is. From the onset meeting Robert SR one Saturday Morning, I knew this was an Honest Auto Dealership focusing solely on the customer and his needs. We Proceeded to immediately Drive the Car I paid a special visit to look at: a beautiful SHINY BLACK 1999 MBZ E430 with odometer reading 75K mi, saw it after shopping on the web and this being the third such car for sale at the same price though the previous 2 were all Junks so I decided to make the drive from Huntington Beach. The car was very impressive from a standpoint of one who knows these cars and had just settled an insurance claim on a total loss for a 1997 E320. The E430 is a pristine one owner condition car, as I took off I remember the power from the V-8 just scratched off the line and actually set off the traction sensor which I figured telling Robert it should reset as I know there cars. It did reset upon returning from the test drive on the local Gardena streets/freeway. First thing Rob Sr told his Son Rob Jr, "He knows these cars". Throughout the week including on Sunday evening Rob Jr was very receptive to answer my e mails very promptly, the only minor issue with the car was that the sunroof was open and inoperative, Rob Sr figured it to be the switch though it turned out to be a more entailed electrical repair which they took care of (MBZ Repair Shop). Upon the final sale presentation, I initially had come in un-prepared to buy the car-a miscommunication on my behalf and had to return the next day, though my rental car had been already returned, I was left without a car to go home, no fault of theirs. All worked out I was able to rent the same car and they drove me back and forth from the rental place. The following day the car was completely detailed and filled with a full tank of Gas, another good gesture which reflects the customer satisfaction they proudly serve that goes a long way (just the minor details), shows the integrity of the people you are dealing with. I have to confess, I do not like Auto salesman or dealers, these guys and their business practices proved me wrong including dealing with lets just say a not so easy to get along with special individual such as myself. Awesome showroom of hand picked excellant condition cars ranging from 50s, 70s Classics to Exotics to Collector cars-they got em all! 3-4K to 140K CARS… Have already referred them to people at work, hopefully I Can recieve my 100 Gas card, by them buying another of their beautiful cars. I had a great experience buying my 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK 350. All cars at Pacific Motorcars are in top notch shape, and the variety is great! Tons of beautiful exotic cars! The prices are very competitive and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Robert at Pacific Motorcars even arranged a personal ride from my work place in downtown LA to the showroom the following day to pick my new car. They took care of the DMV paperwork and my plates arrived in the mail just 3 days after purchase. Financing is available and convenient if you want to take home your new car the same day! I worked with Frank to help us find a used family van. We were on a tight budget and were looking for a vehicle that was 5+ years old. At the time they didnt have the car available however Frank said hed keep an eye out for us. A few weeks later he called with a car that had everything we were looking for. He gave me all of the car specifications over the phone so I could conduct my own research to validate his price. His price was very fair which I appreciated since he probably could have charged us more. Since this experience I have recommended them to a few friends since this is an honest, easy to work with dealer.

This place deserves all 5 stars! I was looking for a specific car (BMW 325i e46 Sedan with an M54 engine, sport package, premium package, Harman Kardon sound, less than 100k miles, etc.) and I also wanted it to be a certain color (light blue or light green). I found online that Pacific Motorcars had exactly what I wanted... They are located about 1.5-2 hours away from me but I really wanted to see this car in person and take it for a drive, so I drove down there with my boyfriend who is a BMW auto technician to see the car that appeared to be everything I wanted. When we arrived we were blown away by their facility and staff. They have a really nice indoor showroom and very friendly and genuine people working there. Robert, one of the owners, was the one who helped us and he was fantastic. He wasnt pushy and appreciated the fact that my boyfriend was a BMW auto tech, he didnt have anything to hide, and let us thoroughly inspect the car and take it for a test drive. After all that, we knew that this was the car I had been looking for... It was perfect and everything I set out to find. We discussed the price and walked away with a super great deal and the car of my dreams... Robert even filled up the gas tank for me. Wonderful car buying experience!! The morning of the delivery I received a call from the driver saying he was on his way. I stood in my back kitchen window until I saw him coming around the bend in the road. My husband Rick was sitting in the living room watching TV. I walked into the living room just as the truck pulled up and past the house. I thought Ricks neck was going to break as he whipped his head around to look out the window. He jumped up "saying did you see that truck go by. I said no what truck? The little green one and it looks a lot like the one I saw on the truck trader in LA area. I said no, it cant be the same one, I wonder where it is going? Rick says I dont know but I sure hope it is coming here. I just played dumb as I looked out the door and looked one way then the other. What a pretty little truck that is. As the driver stopped and got out of his truck then proceeded to get up into the truck and back it off the ramp Rick looked at me and this huge grin came over his face, saying what did you do? The driver pulled it into the driveway and got out. Rick was on that truck like honey on bees. He couldnt believe it, he still sits and stares out the window and says I cant believe its mine. I told him Merry Christmas, Happy Birthday and any other holidays he can include in that for the rest of his life. He was totally and completely surprised. SO: YOU DID GOOD FRANK. You were right when you said it was a beautiful little truck, the color is perfect, just what he wanted. He is extremely happy. SO you and I both won on this one. Thank you. I just completed the purchase of an excellent used BMW from Frank at Pacific Motorcars in Gardena. This place is amazing! All of the cars are indoors and spotless. Frank was just outstanding to work with and the process was as painless as it could possibly be. There was no high-pressure and great customer attention. The selection is mostly nice, older cars in above average condition with very competitive pricing. They also sell cars on consignment and handle everything from compacts to European as well as American classics and trucks. This is a very nice facility - It was just spotlessly clean and showed a real pride of ownership. I had heard about Pacific from someone at lunch one day and when I looked them up I found all of the positive Cars.com reviews so I had to stop by. I got there a little early on a Saturday, but Frank was early and opened up for us so we come inside and look around. I just cant get over what a positive experience this was. I went in expecting not too much but came away so impressed. This is the place I would send my friends and family.
