Overall experience was good. A little more flexibility would have been great on the price and little more attention to details as well. We ordered weather proof mats and the wrong ones came in, they didnt catch it and placed the wrong ones in the car. Only when we went to pick up the car and looked at the mats and requested the correct mats did they address ordering the correct ones. Sales guy Kevin was great. Kevin knew the vehicle well and was very helpful and friendly and made the buying process easy. But services dept Saul comes off condescending and does not ever appear to actively want to help or be friendly. Other members of the services dept have all been fantastic and friendly.

Notices a dew scratches on new purchase. I have set up an appointment with Sal on Monday 12/21/15. After signing paperwork, we waited over 30 minutes to look over car and leave, which by then it was dark. Other than that seems like they will take care of our issues on Monday.

I had a break-in of my Denali. I was able to get my broken lock replaced and new seats replaced within 48 hours. Manny in parts and Mark Mayo in service took care of everything very quickly and with the up most of customer care. I didnt expect everything to go as smoothly nor as fast as it did. I am greatly appreciative of all they did for me.

I am a regular customer that has been served mostly by Cruz and Fred. Both are good at what they do. The level of service is top notch and I have never had to return my vehicle because of shoddy service. Your mechanics seem to know what they are doing. That said, I was disappointed to learn that my extended warranty had JUST run out by about 450 miles when the check engine light came on resulting in a $900+ repair bill. It gives one the feeling that the warning light was programmed to come on once the warranty expired. Since cars are computerized now, my inner conspiracy theorist was triggered. It wasnt until AFTER the service was rendered and paid for that I was made aware that it is common practice to have the vehicle inspected BEFORE the warranty expires. Since there seemed to be nothing wrong with the car, I did not do this. Is it too much to ask that the service reps encourage us to have our vehicles inspected before the warranty expires? That would have made me feel better knowing that at least part of the service was covered under my extended warranty that I purchased at the time I bought the vehicle.

Came in for LOF and battery install. Charged a real reasonable $85.00 vice $110.00 at Allen and another .08/hr labor to have cust provided battery installed ($70-80?) but got the Interstate battery I sought. Enjoyed the affable staff and appreciated staff professionalism. Look forward to returning to Orange Coast Cadillac ..... but not too soon. : )
