I brought my truck in for a vibration in my steering wheel in which I took to numerous dealerships to whom no one had a solution. They assigned there master diesel tech named Harry to assist in my trucks issue. Within an hour of looking at the whole front end he pinpointed the problem and even got on the phone with the warranty company to explain my issue. They ordered the parts and upon my skepticism from other experiences with other dealers I was awaiting the outcome. I drove the vehicle after the put it all back together and to my amazement this was the answer. Thanks HARRY for doing what no one else could!!!!!!

Ive been searching for an F-150 Lariat for a while now. When I search for a car or truck I research and negotiate with several different dealerships. My experience and service with Andrew Hughes at All-American Ford in Kingston New York was by far the best. This was the fastest and easiest deal I have ever made. I walked in at 9 a.m., shook Andrews hand at that moment and then again an hour later after we searched the lot and found an F150 Lariat model with all of the bells and whistles I was looking for; at a more than affordable price. I cant speak highly enough about Andrew and the rest of the personnel at the All- American Ford dealership. They were able to do what 7 other dealerships couldnt. As a result, I highly recommend them to everyone and anyone who is looking for a Ford.

The buying experience was great. Unfortunately the repair service is horrible. Repairs take weeks for them to get around to completing and need to be returned for the same problem multiple times. I dont recommend buying a Ford Escape or using this shop. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
