I was there to get my serviced and my service guy did not go over the found scratches on my car with me prior to being serviced. So when my car was ready to be picked up and I found markings on my bumper from what appears to be from a license plate, there was no way for me to argue that they were not made from the dealership during the service. The ladies that worked behind the Loaner car desk also seemed preoccupied. They were not directly rude by any means but I was not greeted upon entering or asked to wait until they were off the phone. They just ignored me until they were ready to assist me. Also, many corners were skipped when cleaning my car. My interior was only vacuumed and not wiped down. I keep my car fairly clean at all times so I assume they thought they didnt need to do a thorough job cleaning it. I also decided to look at purchasing a new car while I was there and worked with a very nice sales person. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. However, my only complaint is the lack of negotiation. I purchased my last car with the dealership so I expected better service and deal. I live close by and would have definitely purchased from them again. However after this, I probably wont.

I had a 7 am appointment to drop off my car at Mercedes Greenway, everything wenrt smoothly with my service advisor. I was sent to the loaner car department where I waited for THREE HOURS, only to be be told they were NOT giving me a loaner. The two women who work there, one being the manager, were incredibly rude.

We left the car for servicing. When we got the call to pick it up, we had to wait a long time to check out and then even longer for the car... more than 20 minutes. I asked a couple of times about my car. At 20 minutes I was informed they were having difficulties with the cars computer. Totally unacceptable not to have been informed earlier. Must have waited at least another 10 minutes when we were told to walk to our car and a guy handed me my key. I asked about the computer problem and he asks then if I want to speak to a technician ... ridiculous. I have already been waiting more than 30 min for my car that I call couple hours earlier and told it was ready. Dropping it off in the morning had issues, but I will leave it at this. Best of luck improving service.

We set up an appointment, my wife & I test drove 2 vehicles, settled on one, and bought it on the spot. I really appreciate the no-haggle pricing. They have a beautiful facility and Nory was great. I eventually got a response from the other place, but it was a generic email and I was already driving my Acura RDX from Mercedes Greenway.

I had very rapid response to a car repair that need immediate attention. I was seen in and car diagnosed in less than 30 minutes. Although the repair was not what wanted I to hear, which repairs are never delightful situation. They got me taken care of and treated me very fairly. Very polite and courteous!! 5 star operation!!
