Everything was smooth, from my calling to make an appointment for service, to bringing my vehicle in and having the repairs done. Also, in a timely manner based on my schedule. I have no complaints and plan to continue to have my vehicle serviced at Academy.

It was a great experience working with our new friends at Academy Ford. Well worth the drive resulting in an excellent experience. Mr. Woods was very patient and listened to our concerns, presenting a truthful and honest evaluation of our needs. He worked within our budget and presented us with a beautiful Explorer. Mr. Brent Cleveland could not have been nicer in guiding us to an outstanding Ultimate Vehicle Protecting Plan and offered sage advise for now and in the future. Mr. Richard Allison was very informative and articulate in explaining all the features of our vehicle. Plus he was allot of fun to talk to. "Condescending Sales Floor Manager"

My son and I went to your dealership last week and test drove the Jeep Grand Cherokee you have for sale. The salesperson, I cant remember his name, who test drove with us was great! He was informative and respectful. Despite being new he was knowledgeable and whatever he didnt know he was willing to get the information for me. However; after the test drive we were sent to go through the numbers with the sales floor manager....that is when it took a turn for the worse. That manager is condescending and rude! I dont know if it is because I am a female and he thought I dont know anything about cars and finances which he is VERY wrong. We also wanted to test drive a new mustang and he told us no we cannot test drive the car! How are we going to be turned down to test drive a car at an AUTO dealership? This is the second time occasion I have dealt with him and he was like that before as well, rude and condescending. We have previously bought 2 cars from Academy Ford and we have always had a great experience but we have only worked with Mr. Brett when he was the sales manager and salesperson. We wanted to buy a car again from Academy Ford but with the sales floor manager you have there now we will take our business elsewhere from now on. We will NOT bring our business to a person who is SO condescending to treat his female clientele like they are not worthy enough and like he is doing us as females a favor by talking to us without our husbands or man present. I will be posting this on Yelp/Google reviews about my experience with the new sales floor manager.

I got Excellent service. Each time I have taken my care to Academy Ford I have received great service. The Customer Service I received the last time was very much appreciated because I was in a hurry with a flat tire and has to drive a long way to work. Not only was my tire fixed he assured me would have no trouble with the donut.

Overall, Academy Ford is an excellent dealership. Its just some details that can take your service to the next level. For example, while I was waiting on a tire to be delivered the delivery truck broke down. I was expecting to be able to have my tire replaced at 11-11:30AM. I called at about 1PM and that is when I was told about the delay and that my tire wouldnt be ready until 2. Someone should have called me as soon as they knew of the delay. It did not inconvenience me but you never know what else is going on in the customers life.

I arrived toward the end of the day on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate my oil change. Service was good. The only glitch was an issue with the printer to print my receipt using the Ford Service Card. But, the staff found a work around to the printer issue. I will say I have been coming to this dealership for years. My current car is the 3rd car I have purchased from them. I did have a not so good experience with them a couple of years ago related to what was or was not covered under an extended warranty I had on a previous car. I wound up working directly through Ford Corporate on resolving (which they did) and going to another dealership for service. But, when I returned to Academy (its closer to my house) they seemed very focused on customer satisfaction. Even with my disagreement with them, I have never had an issue with the quality of their work.

I took my car in for oil change ("The Works") and I always supply my own oil (Mobil 1), and I specify a pattern I want the tires rotated in. That pattern is actually what the owners manual says should be used. But on this occasion, as in the past, the pattern was not followed. It was drawn on the service ticket by the advisor and was pretty easy to interpret. I number the tires, so I can tell if the rotation was done correctly, and it was not. Thats why the rating is 8 stars instead of 10. In addition, my bill had to be changed as I was initially charged for oil that I supplied.

Overall, my experiences are always positive. I am still experiencing a slight sensation in my gear shifting which was one of the reasons I came in. There was a recall notice for a part that controls the shifting. Its not too much of a problem and its under warranty so I can have them look at it again during my next scheduled maintenance appointment.

I have purchased several vehicles in my life and I must say this was, by far, the absolute BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was in an accident, so I was not prepared to purchase a new car, but I had previously rented a Ford that I liked so, I thought I would give them a try. From the minute I inquired online, they were responsive...but not pushy. When I did go into the dealership, the sales manager, I believe his name was Mike (I am horrible with names), was all about what I wanted. The sales associate, Kara (name thing again), was as friendly and helpful as could be! While of course, they wanted to sell me a car, not for one minute, did I feel like I was being "handled" by car salesman. I honestly felt that they were interested in finding me the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. And when the bank was acting "funny", the sales associate Kara, knowing it was well past my "wine Oclock" actually took me to a local restaurant for a glass of wine while the sales manager and the finance manager, Jeff, not only got me in the car I wanted, but within my budget and with the features and added protections I wanted. I am not an easy customer to make happy, but I will tell you this...This is my first Ford and I hope I love it, because if I EVER need to purchase a new car again, I want to be able to go straight to Academy Ford and work with Mike, Kara and Jeff (again names!!!!). Even if we had not been able to make a deal...I would still give their customer service an A+++++

On April 14th, I called in and talked to the receptionist regarding getting oil change, she was very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to bring my truck in that afternoon and get the work done. Derek Watson was my rep that handled the service. The following week I called Derek to make appointment to get the brakes check.
