This was by far the best car buying experience I have encountered. This was my 10th car from 10 different dealers. Needless to say I have found my dealership of choice and I will be for sure getting my future vehicles for here. They provided an extremely friendly and family oriented environment to us. For example, my son was sitting with the sales associate coloring together, playing with cards, legos and ultimately had a great time. My son actually said he didnt want to leave and wanted to keep playing. Also, everyone here was very knowledgable about the product they were selling. Im still surprised to learn that the Grand Cherokee frame was developed by Mercedes. Went here after researching a vehicle listed on their website. I called and confirmed availability before I went in to see it. When I arrived the salesman Anthony was ready with the keys to show us the vehicle. Anthony was extremely patient and helpful. He was calm and really took him time with us. He made the buying experience one of the best we have ever had at a dealership. All the staff was friendly. The financial advisor Ned was very honest with us and explained everything we needed to know before signing the papers. We also dealt with Brian, who was working with Anthony. Came in to look into buying or leasing a new truck or Jeep. Matt and Brian helped me out tremendously in this decision and promptly took me out to the lot to look at the options within my down payment and monthly payment budgets. They never tried to sell above my means or something I wasnt looking for. I wasnt necessarily planning on walking out with a new car but they both made it a very easy and comfortable decision for me, not pressuring me one way or another. The sales department is great! The service for any work for your car not so great. If you have a 9:00 am appointment for a simple oil change expect to sit for at least an hour and a half. It looks like appointments are just suggestions.

He had a Jeep pulled out front ready for me to take it on a test drive.
