First and last experience at this facility for a previously happy Kia owner. I had simultneous appointments for an oil change and odometer certification for a gas rebate on a Kia I was privately selling, and to take delivery on a new Kia. Service advisor was very rude, scolded me for checking in through the sales dept, refused to do the odometer certification, would not look at a sticky seat lever, and didnt call my attention to the fact that I left my keys on his counter as I looked all over for them, he was all smug when I finally realized that I had left them right in front of him on his counter. New vehicle was not ready for pick-up as promised, the business transaction was very slow, and I was there for 3 hours. I decided not to wait the few extra hours while they transferred registrations at their on-site registry. I needed to call them 6 days later, 1 day ahead of the inspection being due for the registration only to find out it had not been done at all. They did complete it and e-mail it to me that day and after 3 phone calls from me. I bought a vehicle with a full technology package, all new to me, and after the demonstration on the lot was told to expect a follow-up call "in a day or two" from sales as I was likely to have some questions. Seven days later, no call from anyone. There was incompetence all around and I will look elsewhere for service on my third Kia vehicle and will travel further from home for any other new Kia vehicle transactions. Sales person John was kind.

We were searching for a used car and saw one we were interested in online that was at Metro Kia. Even though the dealership is not close to where we live, we went down to check it out. Robert helped us - he was kind, honest, friendly, helpful, and respectful. I did not get treated like I expected to be treated by a car salesman (I was not pressured, pushed, bothered, patronized, or annoyed). We took the car for a test drive and didnt really like it. Contacted dealer looking for a specific used vehicle they advertised and spoke with Jenny Mclean. Explained to her that we were busy and it would take some time. Unlike other dealers who had their sales force call us three times a day and proclaim the urgency of us acting, Ms. Mclean respected my time frame and called exactly when we agreed it would be a good time for her to check back in. Her follow-up was perfectly timed to make us feel like valued customers while respecting what I explained was a busy time. Her pleasant attitude and the trust she engendered by answering my questions thoroughly over the phone caused us to go to see the car we wanted at this dealership first, even those it was not the closest one for us. When we came to see the car, it was ready for us, heated up, exactly as she had described it and she gave us all of the time and information we needed, We had owned an older version of the same car and thought we were certain of our needs due to an old neck and back injury. I was surprised that the car was not as comfortable as I had expected. Although this was a Kia dealership, the car was not a Kia. Her sales manager had worked with the make of car we wanted before and was able to make adjustments to increase my comfort, and Jenny took us out for another test drive. When it was still not perfect, we decided to try the upgraded trim package and a newer model year. It turned out I did need the upgraded "Limited" trim for my neck. When this car was just not quite right and they had no upgrades or newer versions on their lot, they not only did not try to sell us a Kia or some other car they had, but went so far as to see what dealers near by would have other versions of the car we wanted in the price range we established and gave us the information. FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE REASONS, I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO BUY THE CAR FROM JENNY. IT WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION AND SHE WAS SOMEONE I WANTED TO WORK WITH. Unfortunately, we found out I needed the upgraded version we had not even considered. We test drove a "Limited" trim model down the street, and after trying many other model years and cars, ended up buying that one last night.

I bought a 2011 kia sorento in september and I was happy with the dealer ship until I went to get my second oilchange on 6-23-2014 I got there and told them that I had a light on in the car it was the light for the air on the tires and wanted them to look at it and at the same time wanted them to change the oil they said no problem I was there for about 1/2 hour and this kid named mike came in and said that I had I tire that a nail in it and they could not fix it so they had to replace it it cost 175 dollars I said ok you can not fix it he said no I shpuld of asked to see the tire that was my bad then mike says you have a leak your oil pan needs to be replaced there was a hole in the pan so they could not change the oil until I get a new oil pan . I said I need the tire so replace it can the oil pan wait he said not to long because the oil is leaking I said ok I was there for an other 45 minutes and theni left . I was thinking how can a 2011 car have an oil pan with a hole in it so I had my uncle who is a machanic check it out . So we got the car in the air and he said what did they say needed to be replaced I said the oil pan he said it looks bran new so I looked and there was no leaks and it was nice and shiny and black my uncle looked at the paper work and said it looks like they wanted you to buy some thing u did not need so I called mike and asked him what I needed and hesaid the oil panit is leaking and I said well thats funny because I am under the car and it looks brand new so your trying to fool me because i am a women and he says no if you think you dont need one then do not replace it then he hung up on me. I ended up calling the dealership and they gave me the run around . The service manager said that he was the one who looked at the car with the tech and it was leaking oil and I told him the story and he said that I was wrong and I said no your wrong because know he was saying it needed to be taken out and cleaned and esealed and put back I said so know your saying that I dont need to replace it k ows whos lieing I have the paper work to prove that your wrong he vioce changed ane I now he was nervous and said if you want the oil change I will be glade to do it for you and hung up I wonder if they do this to all the women that go to them ???? This is the worst service I have ever had and i am not sure if I will go back ,

Last nite 6/3/14 I posted a review on what I considered a Bait and switch deal that occurred on Saturday 5/30/14. The sales manager JOHN countered my offer and we shook hands on Saturday 5/30/14 leading me to believe the price and monthly payment was acceptable to both parties. Yesterday he raised the deposit needed and the monthly payment. This was not what we agreed to on Saturday 5/30/14 but he needed to gain approval to the deal we shook hands on Saturday and he came back with an increased deposit and monthly payment. I took this as a bait and switch deal but it is not the case as I learned the negotiations on the vehicle we chose was not yet over. I went to Metro KIA of Raynham and bought my new 2014 KIA Optima. I love my new car and couldnt be any happier with my buying experience at Metro KIA of Raynham. After spending several hours at my local KIA dealer in Dartmouth, MA. And having the worst experience ever I called Metro KIA and spoke to Julie the Internet Sales Manager and she assured me they had the vehicle that I wanted there and would have it pulled upfront for me when we got there. So i gave them the benefit of the doubt and I went to Metro KIA of Raynham. I purchased my brand new 2014 KIA Optima. I paid the fair price I wanted to pay. My salesman Jon Lundquest was extremely knowledgable and knew every nook and crevice of the product. The management team was great they were not pushy like the other dealer I had just left. I can honestly say I had the best car buying experience ever and I would recommend anyone to buy there next vehicle from Julie and Jon at Metro KIA of Raynham. I will never go anywhere else for service work or to buy a car! I love Metro KIA of Raynham!

I have bought many cars in the past but this overall experience by far exceeds any of them. The salesman was very low pressure, he attempted to be funny and tried hard to keep it light. Once he knew I was ready he had the manager come right over to get involved in the negotiations to cut out the tedious back-and-forth haggling. They were so willing to make the numbers work for me and they didnt play games. They let me take the car that same day with dealer plates and when I came back to finalize all the paperwork there were no hidden fees or upcharges. Everything was what we had agreed upon! They truly took a lot of the worry and anxiety out of buying a new car. I would HIGHLY recommend you go and see these guys if youre in the market for a new car, ask for Raphael Barros, he will not disappoint!

I emailed to inquire about a new listing for a used car. Withing 20 minutes they called my phone. On the phone, I asked many questions about the car that were answered adequately. I also stated that I am an hour away. I did not want to drive an hour up and then back again if the car wasnt worth seeing. It sounded very good. I was assured that it was in excellent shape. In fact, it was. The time was 5:15. I arrived at the dealership at 6:30. The receptionist remembered my call and said it was an excellent time because it was a slow night. The salesman came out to speak to me. The odor of marijuana was the least of my concerns. After about five minutes of searching for the keys, he went out side to warm up the car. We were talking inside while it was warming when he told me that that car was sold earlier in the day. I was livid. He then told me that there were many other cars to choose from. I then made the hour ride home. It was a waste of time and gas. Im telling everyone I know about this dealerships incompetent (or possibly underhanded) practices.
