"Portsmouth Ford Used Truck Purchase"

I recently bought a used truck from Portsmouth Ford. The price was the fairest price I could find and I had been looking for weeks. The truck was close to new condition with low miles. When I got it home I discovered that the interior dome lights didnt work when opening the doors and the speaker on the left side of the truck was also not working. I called Postsmouth Ford and told them the situation, thinking to myself , here we go, knowing there was no lemon law in NH. They asked me to bring the truck right down and inspected it while I waited. The Service representative , Cassie informed me that they needed to order me a new speaker for the door and that they needed more time to troubleshoot the dome light as the truck was equipped with plow wiring etc. She told me she would call when the speaker came in, so as to do all the work in one visit. Two days later I got a call informing me the speaker was in and I made an appointment for the following Tuesday at 8am. I took my truck in and they gave me a new lincoln SUV as a loaner. They called me later that afternoon to say my truck was ready. I returned the loaner, picked up my truck and everything was fixed right. They explained what they had to do in detail and sent me on my way with an invoice for "No Charge". I will certainly recommend Portsmouth Ford based on my experiences. And I will be back for my next vehicle purchase. Before purchasing my vehicle, I did a lot of research and read both positive and negative reviews. I decided to give them a chance and keep my spending local and have to say my experience was very gratifying. Well done Portsmouth Ford, This is the way to build Customer and brand Loyalty

I had wonderful service on a knocking I heard in my Escape..It turn out to be a very minor problem & its all fixed.. took 20 minutes.. I enjoyed my popcorn while a waited that short time..

Purchased a used vehicle Saturday afternoon. Initially found this vehicle for sale on line. Called dealership 1/2 hour before visit and vehicle was out front waiting. The only complaint I would have would be only getting one key in the transaction and no floor mats for the front of my truck. The Service Dept Rocks!! Bought the vehicle in Wiscasset and had a flat tire on the road. What Service! They came out, put my spare on, followed me back to the dealership and replaced it all under 1 1/2 hours. I still made my flight somehow! Thanks again Keith!

After looking for a new Ford F250 Lariat and having little to no luck making a deal we were referred to Portsmouth Ford. We made initial contact via their website. Made an appointment with sales rep Michael McDonald. The truck we went to see had did not have all the options required for our purchase. Michael searched the inventory and found a truck that fit our needs. The deal is they have a one price shopping process. They quote you your vehicle and then no negotiations! Perfect. The truck price was below any that I had found within 200 miles of Boston and they offered me "much" more for my trade than the other dealers. The finance officer John was easy to deal with and helped us with our deal. It was a smooth deal and a good deal with no stress at all. Check out this dealer if your looking for a stress free deal

Your evaluation of our vehicles problems made our decision to scrap it easy although it was a dependable machine for most of its life, this last year, it was too costly to keep it on the road. That being said, the employees at the dealership treated us very well and honorestly.

Very professional people to deal with. I can trust that the work performed was done right. Little things should not be over looked ie. the fasteners for the belly pan were rusted out and should have been replaced. I had to tie it up with a zip tie.

Would come back to so business with, dissapointed with a few things. The truck needed a few small things to make it perfect and they were not done and I was going to be charged for them. Left with less than 50 miles till empty and tape stuck to the back windows. All the oil change said it was completed but no sticker on the window and oil change life was not reset so I do not know if it was done.
