The oil change and tire rotation on my 2013 FIAT 500 was done professionally and completed on time as promised. Darrell Grans, the service advisor, was very accommodating and able to provide a list of part numbers to replace a fender liner. Great customer service! My only process improvement would be that the parts department have more parts on hand and not have to order everything which delays repairs.

Im extremely pleased with the service on my car. Missing star on the facilities is because the tables in the waiting area were a bit older and not stable to work on. Very minor, but if they could modernize the waiting room furniture, it makes it that much easier to wait for a couple of hours. BTW, wait time is not their fault. I just came in later than expected and they already had customers that came in ahead of me.

For your sanity - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Poor customer service, poor quality of service. Fixes made to car broke other items in car and then broke themselves on the first usage. Service dept wont fix the things they broke. Their website takes service appointments and then they dont honor them. Claims that the dealership went bankrupt in Jan 2015 and they are something else now.

I brought my 1993 Dodge Dakota truck in about two years ago and they said I needed a transmission it would cost over $5,000 subsequently about six or seven months later I had major problems with that plus all the money I spent to have them fix electrical problems and my gas gauge is as well everything failed their answer was well we have a new company now the old company is changed owners so nothing was covered so I paid them again for doing the work and its all failed again Ive gone to a new mechanic that I trust now and he is fixed everything and Ive taken pictures of the disastrous work that theyve done and they will not stand by their work they are the worst customer service and quality of work Ive ever seen in 40 Years of driving my name is Bill wood I was basically charged twice to fix the same thing and now Im paying somebody for the third time I would not recommend this dealership for anything especially if their integrity is at question
