I sent an inquiery at 8 oclock am, about an Audi Q5 that looked good. At 8.30 a Ryan Bradley replied and so it went with very fast and friendly replies. By 1 pm we arrived at the Audi of Beverly Hills in our rented car and decided quickly to buy the car shown to us. By 4 oclock the paperwork was done and to boot mr Ryan went the extra mile and arranged a return of the rented car. I would highly recommend Ryan Bradley and the Audi of Beverly Hills for exceptional service

Our seller, Jonathan, was wonderful. We had had a bad experience at another dealership, where we had felt it to be too pushy. Jonathan was exactly the opposite. We test drove and considered the leasing of our vehicle over the span of 3 weeks, and Jonathan was extremely patient with us and promptly answered every question we presented. He was direct, accommodating, and truly wonderful to work with. We gave 4/5 stars for the buying process because the initial lease quote was totally ridiculous. This may have been a function of the initial lease agreement being through Audi financing. The lease price was re-negotiated through another bank and the second quote was considerably more reasonable. There was also upsell attempt on various insurance and maintenance packages by another store rep that we could have done without, but understand that that is part of the buying process.

Bob Hess was an exceptional salesperson. He spent a lot of time with my wife and I test driving A4s and a Q5, explaining the features of each. I was a current A4 leasee with Audi of Beverly Hills and had a tremendous experience with them over the past 3 years. When it was time for me to turn in my current A4 and consider leasing the new A4, I had contacted my previous salesperson, Josh Barnajian. However, Josh wasnt available during the limited window of time we wanted to look at the current vehicles. Josh unselfishly referred me to Bob because he was most interested in my satisfaction and working within my schedule. After choosing the Q5 over the new A4, Bob helped work out a deal that made sense to us. He also followed up to ensure we are enjoying our vehicle and to answer any questions.

The team at Beverly Hills Audi is extraordinary. The General Manager, Sam Yadegari, is a true professional and unlike any other person in the industry. I went to five dealers on Saturday looking for the new Audi S5; I should have made Beverly Hills Audi my first stop. After inquiring about the vehicle, Sam informed me that they had one 2018 Audi S5 available that would suit my needs. I didn’t even have to test drive it to know that the car was the one I wanted. After the car was detailed and the signing complete, Jaida Bradley showed me all the features of this beautiful vehicle. She was extremely professional and courteous. Coming from a 1998 Ford Explorer, I felt that the sheer technology available was truly astounding. Her incredible patience at explaining the many different features made the experience a memorable one. Purchasing a vehicle here is a wonderful experience. My car was overheating and for the first time in my life it was not a headache. It was as simple as calling the dealer, letting them know that I was taking my car in, when I arrived, they were expecting me, had my loaner car available, and within minutes I was on my way home. Two days later, my car was ready for pick up, the warranty had covered all the costs, returned the loaner and picked up my car. Cannot express how satisfied I am with this dealer, ever since I purchased the car from here, everything has been amazing!

As always, Harry and the guys in service go above and beyond taking care of me and my car. I brought it in later than my scheduled appt, due to unexpected scheduling conflicts on my end, but was still greeted with a smile and taken care of with the best treatment. They took in the car and set me up with my loaner while the service was being done, at 6p on a Thursday. Turns out, my car finally needed new tires, so Harry let me know and was able to handle and process everything through text and web processing. Even though the service Dept is closed on saturdays, Service was able to process me out and theyve arranged so I can come and pick up my car tomorrow (Saturday). Love Audi Beverly Hills and the Service Department. I know well be long time customers, most likely with several models and cars through the years, due to the whole teams (sales, service and parts) care for us and their customers.

I was driven to Enterprise where another Audi was waiting for me. When I returned late afternoon to pick up my car, I went to Enterprise to drop off the loaner car and was immediately driven back to Audi where my car was waiting for me, washed and sparkling like a brand new car!
