Just bought a 2005 F150 Lariat from here and it was great experience. Arman was great to work with. No hard, pushy sales. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Better yet, he worked with me on the price of the truck so that it was were I needed it to be to fit my budget. When I had a problem with a sloppy shifter, I brought it back and he fixed it quickly and at no cost to me. Even better still, he also fixed a few other things that I never even asked him to fix! Buying a used car is a gamble no matter where you go. Its nice to know there are dealers like this one out there.

I first looked at the vehicle on the Best Buy Motors Signal Hill, California web site and being in Georgia, I felt there was no way to make the purchase. Arman made it happen! Not only was he the most honest salesman that I have EVER worked with, he was meticulous in the detail of how I could purchase this particular vehicle without ever stepping a foot in California. I believed him and he made it happen. Of course, I was a bit antsy until the vehicle arrived but I will say he delivered what he promised. The vehicle was everything he said it was. This wasnt the first used car I bought from a dealer I hadnt heard of. After searching for a Ford Escape on autotrader, Arman was the only person to respond to my emails without gimmicky offers or vague responses. He was always fast to respond and ready to explain everything. Coming onto their car lot, it became clear this was a family business, selling good used cars at affordable prices. They value their reputation and dont want anyone to feel swindled or hassled. They allowed me to have an independent mechanic check out the car before I bought it, and took my hunk-of-junk Volvo in as a trade-in. Arman didnt hide the costs from me, and there were no surprises, just honest business. Best of all, in no part of the process did anyone try to haggle, manipulate, or hustle me. They werent even condescending to my roommate, who has never bought or driven a car in her life. Im entering day two of owning the Escape and it runs like new. Not knowing anything about these guys, I was naturally suspicious and alert for anything shady. Im pleased to report the Long Beach area has an honest used car business where one can find a variety of vehicles at low costs (and trade in their old car, too!)

I was looking for a Chevy pickup truck for a few weeks, and looked at a few at various dealerships. All of the ones that I had checked had issues either they were beat up, or had a bad car fax report, or were too expensive. I found a Silverado online on cars.com at Best Buy Motors, called and scheduled a time to view the truck. I spoke with Arman and he helped me out when I went to the dealership, the truck was everything that I wanted. Arman got me financed at a very reasonable rate and the process was painless, all together it took about 2 hours because I already had been pre approved through their website. I just wanted to say Thank you for my new truck! If I ever need another vehicle, I will definitely check out their dealership first!

I was searching for a Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab and looked at numerous trucks at various dealerships. I stopped and checked out a 05 at Best Buy Motors and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was in the market for a Toyota Tacoma pickup and found exactly what I wanted at this dealership. I looked at a few others before seeing the one that Best Buy Motors had for sale. I bought a gorgeous extra clean toyota 4runner from them, I could not find the right one that I wanted with low miles as most 4runners have high miles but I found a really clean and low mile 4runner that had all the options I wanted here. They have a good selection of cars about 40, clean dealership, and a big parking lot which is a plus, while shopping lots of the dealerships had no room to park which really was a hassle. I had a great buying experience and recommend them to my friends.

I am a girl and everytime I would go to used car dealerships while looking for a used car the men would try to give me the worst deal because they think I know nothing about cars or they would try to flirt with me. Yuck. I went to Best Buy Motors to look at a few of the cars I saw on cars.com. I showed up and surprisingly they had all of the cars that I was interested in! And the pictures were accurate! This was a change because the previous dealerships I visited did not have all the cars that they had online or they did not match the descriptions they had provided. I was greeted by Arman, he was great! He never was pushy and answered all of my questions honestly! I ended up purchasing a gorgeous Elantra from them and could not be happier! I purchased a Lexus at Best Buy Motors in December and I could not be happier. It has been 1 month since I have had the car and it has been great, no problems yet and it drives real nice. I had a great buying experience with Hamid and his son. I visited them after seeing an online ad and when I went the vehicle looked just like the pictures, I told them I would look at more vehicles then come back if I was still interested and they did not try to push the car on me which I liked. Hamid has a nice small dealership and they do not make you feel pressured into a car which was a nice change. I ended up checking 3 different lexus at other dealerships and did not like them as much as the one at best buy motors. I ended up coming back and purchasing the car and it was a great decision.
