"Very High Integrity"
Although I ended up not purchasing the car I originally planned to buy here, I worked with Paul Marino (salesperson) for many days to purchase a 2012 Toyota Prius four. The car was in excellent condition for being 5 years old, had low mileage and it was like brand new. The reason I ultimately decided not purchase the car was due to my wanting to finance only a small amount of the sales price, which wasnt quite the minimum required to qualify for financing here. But, that is no fault of the dealership, or the excellent salesman. I would still never hesitate to do business here, or to recommend them either. The professionalism of the salesman I worked with was over and above the normal level one would receive at even a great dealership. This dealership, in my opinion, is a rarity now days. I was treated with the highest of integrity, honesty, kindness, and respect of almost any car dealership I have done business with, ever. And on top of everything else thats great about them, their prices are lower than the average. I highly recommend Woodland Hills Lexus due to their high standards of customer care, and the high quality of the vehicles they sell and lower than average prices. I never once felt intimidated, or pushed around just because I am a senior, and a female. This is a dealership you can trust, and I know, because Ive dealt with a few of the unscrupulous kind, and I definitely know the difference. I highly recommend this business, check it out for yourself. I didnt meet any of the other employees, but I can highly recommend Paul Marino.

I went to look at a new car over Memorial Day weekend. I had a great salesperson, professional but not pushy. He discussed the various options on the car I wanted and then we sat down to discuss the numbers. I expected a lengthy process where the salesperson runs back and forth to their manager, but this was an easy and quick precise! I was very pleasantly surprised! I was comfortable with the deal they gave me and most pleased with the ease of the negotiation process!!

In a nutshell? Jose Navarro. Enough said! But really, Jose made the experience really pleasant for us. I went from a Benz to getting my first Lexus. I was set on getting another Benz but gave in to my husbands suggestion to check out Lexus. We went to several Lexus dealerships over a couple of weeks-- Ontario, Thousand Oaks, Glendale, Oxnard and just on a whim, decided to swing by to Woodland Hills since it was on the way home one day. We got there a couple of hours before closing and walked out with a new GX. Jose is a rockstar and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is an asset to the dealership!

I must say dealing with these guys was a great experience. I own a dealership in Chicago, my customer was moving from Chicago to Arizona and Wanted a Lexus CT200H so I had to do a nationwide search to find him one asap as my time was limited due to him moving in a few days. I was lucky enough to find a beautiful 2011 Lexus by this Dealership. I asked to speak to the Manager and was directed to Fred. I told Fred that I would be buying this car sight unseen and Im basing my trust in his hands. Fred was nothing less than professional all the way through. He went around the entire vehicle and told me it had no imperfections what so ever. Which was what I would expect on a 2011 with 14k miles, however some dealers will tell you anything to sell you a car. I told fred that I would be shipping the lexus from California Directly to my clients door step in arizona. Fred assured me the car was in excellent condition and it came with both keys,and manual. Everything went smooth and my customer received his vehicle a week later and called me thanking me saying the car was PERFECT! WHeeeeew boy was I relieved because its hard buying a car sight unseen. So If youre looking to deal with professionals who stand behind their cars this is the dealership to do business with. Keep up the good work guys dont change a thing!
