"Got Me Into My Subaru Dream Car"
I SAW A VERY RARE VEHICLE ON THE NET AND DECIDED TO TAKE A LOOK. I CAME IN DELT WITH A GENTLEMAN NAMED VISHNU DAS PLEASE ASK FOR HIM WHEN YOU GO THERE. I TOOK A LOOK AT THE VEHICLE THEY WERE OFFERING IT WAS A 2018 SUBARU STI WITH ONLY 2,000 MILES. I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT WHY A VEHICLE SO NEW WAS AT A HYUNDAI DEALER ALREADY FOR SALE. HE EXPLAINED THAT IT HAD BELONGED TO A LONG TIME CUTOMER OF THEIRS WHO RECENTLY GOT DEPLOYED IN THE MILITARY. I ALSO HAD SOME TECHNICAL QUESTIONS AND THIS WAS MY FAVORITE PART OF THE TRANSACTION AND SHOWED ME THAT I WAS AT THE RIGHT PLACE. MR VISHNU IMMEDIATELY EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS A HYUNDAI SPECIALIST AND DIDNT WANT TO MIS INFORM ME SO HE BROUGHT ME TO HIS MANAGER. I HAVE ONLY OWNED SUBARUS FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS AND I KNOW THEM INSIDE AND OUT. VISHNU INTRODUCED ME TO HIS MANAGER MR KARL WHO GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER EVRY SINGLE TECHNICAL QUESTION THAT I HAD. HE WAS A VERY CONFIDENT PERSON AND TOLD ME TO SEARCH WITHIN 2000 MILES AND I WOULD NOT FIND AN IDENTICAL CAR. I ALREADY DID MY RESEARCH AND EVERYTHING THEY WERE SAYING WAS 100% ACCURATE. THEY GAVE ME A VERY FAIR TRADE IN AMOUNT ON MY SUBARU BRZ AND I WAS DRIVING HOME THE SAME DAY. I WAS VERY SUPRISED THE DEPTH OF KNOWLEDGE THAT A HYUNDAI DEALER HAD ABOUT ANOTHER BRAND. MR VISNU WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE TRANSACTION. MR KARL HAS ENERGY AND INTENSITY THAT YOU HAVE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF. THERE WAS ANOTHER ISSUE WITH A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER WHO WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING AREA WITH ME WHN I WAS WAITING FOR MY CREDIT APPROVAL. JUST BY THE WAY MR KARL HANDLED THAT CUSTOMER I KNEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

Came into millennium on Saturday to look at a Nissan Maxima. I have worked for dealers in the past and I saw their cheap price online and had to see if it was true. I went down there met with the salesman who was a little wacky his name was Danny I could tell he was an honest guy and got straight to the point. I drove the car and decided to try and get financing. I have had some credit issues and didnt think I could get approved. They got me approved but the rate was high as I expected and payment was out of my reach. Next thing I know an older gentleman maybe mid 50s came in and said if he could get me a little better payment would I take the car. Im not sure if he was the owner but it seemed like he was. By this time my wife was all ready fed up and was waiting to leave he had a big guy with him who seemed very sincere on helping with my situation I believe his name was Carlos? These two guys are amazing!!!! For the next 10 minutes they were on phones,pushing buttons and it really seemed liked they wanted to help me. The older gentlemen got off the phone and said I can get you to $220 which was still out of reach..Carlos? I think that was his name came back in and said I got you exactly where you need to be. Like I said I have been in the business,I know the game of back and fourth. These two guys really cared about my situation. The place was full of people but they focused on me and made it happen. I went home with my car the same day. I will be going back into the dealer to get their names and updating this review but I just have to share this experience. I dont think everyone gets to speak to these guys because I was there 4 hours picking up my car and I only saw Carlos here and there. They have a customer for life from me. Just when you think no one cares you meet people like this and it gives you hope again. THANK YOU MILLENNIUM HYUNDAI

Came in looking for a used SUV. I worked with Kenny who was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect car. There were a few scratches on the car and the manager karl assured me that they would be taken care of. I came the next day to pick up the car it was clean and ready for me when I got there and they did everything that they said they would. The payment karl quoted me was actually a little less. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and have never had this good of an experience. A+++
"Great Place Especially For People With Bad Credit"
This place was GREAT! I dont have the best credit and I didnt think I would be able to get a vehicle. I came into hyundai just to look around and the salesman jose helped me out on the lot outside. I explained my credit situation and he assured me that they would be able to help. I filled out a credit application thinking the whole time that there was no way that I could get approved. He introduced me to his manager Karl and he explained with my situation what vehicles would work best for me. I picked out a pre owned Tucson and I was driving in a matter of hours. These guys all worked together yo make my car buying experience as easy as possible.
"15 Days To Fix The Ac Of My Car!"
It took these guys two weeks! to fix the air conditioning of my Tucson. I had to go to that dealer several times, even took a day off in my work to try to solve the problem, and I had to leave the car twice overnight. I was denied a loaner despite the fact that the Ac fixing (faulty AC compressor) was covered by the warranty. Long story short, after several trips to that dealers, tens of phone calls no answered, I had to rent a car, supposedly paid by the dealer, but instead it was charged to my credit card, and now I had to call Hyundai costumer service to get a reimbursement provided that I sent them a ton of documents. Bottom line: Millenium Huyndai has the worse service I have ever seen. Stay away from them.

My salesman was Frank at Millenium Hyundai in Hempstead on a very busy Saturday. Frank was so busy and had many issues to deal with but he found the time to get me into a brand new Sonata and I love it. Even so the waiting time was long there were obstacles such as credit history but after that part was settled Frank brought us bottles of water and even wanted to buy us lunch which we said no thanks but it was a nice offer. After my lease is up I wil not hesitate to go back to the same dealership. Frank was great and I drove home with my new car the same day...all inspected registered and a full gas tank. I am proud to drive my new car everyday and thank you for going the extra mile for us, Frank. Youre the Best!!!

After researching the Tuscan and spending three hours in the Long Island City dealership, we were set to switch our lease from Hyundai to another company. Decided to stop in the Hyundai dealership in Hempstead for one last attempt and met with Frank who was extremely helpful and did everything he could for us. He ended up being able to sell us the lease for a LOT less a month than the Long Island City dealership! This was the first time we purchased a car without feeling used and haggled afterwards. Love our Tuscan & were both so happy that we were able to get the lease that we wanted at a reasonable price. Steve was the finance manager and he was extremely helpful, as well. Was expecting a last minute "surprise" cost increase (as you usually fear when purchasing a car), but it never came! Frank & Steve were beyond honest and helpful! Ill be recommending Frank in the future & will be looking for him when were ready to purchase again.

I just recently got my third car from this dealership. We have always been happy with the dealership but this time around we had Anthony Alcindor as our sales rep and he was excellent. We did not at any point in time feel like we were being tricked (which often happens with car salesman) or taken advantaqe of. He was honest and got us the best price. Afterwards he has been extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork together and when I forgot to sign one paper he actually drove to my office so that I did not have to drive back there to sign it. He definitely goes out of his way. Would recommend him to anyone. Not to mention this was the shortest amount of time we were at the dealership too which was awesome!

That was hours ago. I will spend my money elsewhere on a new car. There are plenty of Hyundai dealers on long island where I wont have to settle on a color and can probably get a better deal. I had a problem with an XM radio and also needed to bring the car in because of an air bag recall. At first there was a little problem with the radio matter; but it was corrected promptly. By the end of the day I had the car back with a new radio and the problem with the air bag corrected. "Manny" in the service department was great. Im not a fan of bringing a car to car dealer service departments, but this experience was happily pleasurable and satisfying.

I am totally disappointed with the service dept that has not honored the paint warranty that I was sold when I purchased my 2015 Sonata.It is two months and I am still waiting for a phone call from service manager and the adviser he assigned to my claim. I was sold that the car has a three year warranty on the paint and given an insurance document but when I went to dealer they have given me the run around now for two months. I was ready to buy two more cars from this dealer but I will never go back even for service. I will find a new service center to service my 2015 Sonata. Stay away from this dealer who does not honor their warranties.

I have been with the Hyundai family for years! This past Saturday I leased my third Sonata which makes it my fifth Hyundai all together. I had six months left on my lease and decided to go in early and see if anything can be done with a pull ahead. My previous Sonata had barely any mileage so who wouldnt want it. As I explained to Eric my salesperson that I am on extremely tight budget him and Laurence really worked hard for me to get in to the Sonata Sport. I am driving my 2015 Sonata Sport and love it! I was hesitant about giving up my 2013 Sonata since its such a great vehicle. I veered away from Millenium one time and went right back to them. I am glad that one time I veered away because I was able to meet Laurence. Thank you once again for everything Eric and Laurence. I also dealt with a great Finace person hes new to Millenium. It was also a pleasure meeting Fred as well!

Millennium Hyundai does not deal fairly with its customers. Their contracts are meaningless. Run from this dealership. They also add charges such as administration fees which are not mandated to jack up their already high prices.

"So Disappointed In This Dealership"
I recently turned in my Hyundai Sonata 2013 for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis. I turned my car in on what I was told was a special early lease termination program. Walked into the dealer on a Saturday afternoon and left with the new car, Was pressured to do it the same day. The deal was good and I loved the car so I accommodated them and did the transaction the same day. My troubles started once I left the dealer - I was asked to return my extra key promptly which I did the next business day. One month later I get a bill from Hyundai finance with numerous charges including non-payment of lease payments, extra key missing, excessive wear and tear. My car had extremely low mileage and was in excellent condition. I called the dealer and was told I will send the key in and take care of this. One month later I get the same bill without the key charge, when I called the dealer my calls were not taken or returned. I called Hyundai Finance and they said there was nothing they could do need to hear from the dealer. I again continued to call the dealer and even noticed when I called there was no answer. When I changed phones the calls was immediately answered. Again, no one available so I insisted on speaking to someone. A manager from another department took my call and assured me I would be called back and the issue would be resolved. To date no return phone calls or resolution. I also was sold a car which I told had 7 miles on it and yet had 600. When I mentioned this to the dealer he was obviously not surprised and said again no problem we will make sure you receive extra mileage allowances on your lease - Of course nothing has been done about this. I am so disappointed thought the dealer was a good person, but now I see it was not real. I am even more disappointed with the manager of the sales department who wont even take my calls or call me back.

Buying a car is an opportunity for major stress but this is the third car I have leased or purchased from Millennium Hyundai and there is a reason I always go back. I have never been disappointed! Larry, the manger, is a great listener, so he understood what we were looking for, not only in the car we wanted but also in how we wanted the purchase process to go. Negotiations went smoothly, financing was handled very efficiently by Matt, and Kevin was unfailingly helpful in finding the car that put a twinkle in my eye. Ive been driving it for a week and am totally happy.

Great staff at Millennium Hyundai. I called them and spoke with Fred Luhn their Business Development Manager who in turn introduced me to Bryan Eustache. Bryan worked with me personally and 2 hours later I was driving my vehicle off the lot. I feel I got a good deal and everyone there was courteous and helpful. Two weeks after buying my car I called and told Fred I had a rattle in the rear and he insisted I bring it back to have service take a look at it. I did and after discovering a loose tire iron I was in my way in 30 minutes at no charge. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Drove over 100 miles to purchase a car. They called me at 9:00 am to confirm appointment, called back at 11:45 am to make sure i was coming. Arrived at 3:00 pm met Joe who promptly advised me we no longer have that car," but I can put you in an equus for 10k more." No thanks, I wonder if these tactics actually work. Not for me I would drive another 100 miles before I would buy a car from this dealer. Cost me $ 100 + in gas and tolls. STAY AWAY. VERY TACKY.

This is the most dishonest place Ive ever done business with. They try to rush you into signing papers and the financial guy kept coming back to us with different figures. The bank they had us finance our car with is from out of state and the bank doesnt even send you a standment with your balance due. You have to call them to find out what your balance is, you cant even look it up online. In the end we ended up paying more for the car than we had originally agreed upon. And thats just the financial aspect of it. They tried to sell us a "brand new car" that had damages to the bumper and the door to the trunk. The manager told us that he would compensate us for all of our trouble. We told the salesman what the manager said and the manager tried to deny it. He eventually "compensated" us but than wouldnt even come talk to us and apologize for all the inconvenience they caused us.They are sneaking an I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Once we did take possession of the car, it was missing a key and the SD card for the navigation so once again we had to return to the dealership after spending literally the entire weekend there. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

There are no words to describe how smooth this transaction was. We had several requests as far as tires, color, payments, etc. All were met. We did not have to compromise on any one of them and got more than requested including good hot coffee! Eric was wonderful and explained the car better than the manual. Everyone, without exception, was friendly and courteous and answered all our questions without hesitation - from the insurance agent to Jeff in finance. Service dept was knowledgeable and efficient as we had to register the returning car for mileage. Thank you all!

If you want to be lied to and then ripped off, this place will do it to you. First they sell you a package and then claim they never did for service. When asked to speak to the manager, he never shows up. When calling the manager he doesnt answer the phone but continues to hid in his office like a child. The staff is so RUDE. The service is TERRIBLE. These people run a SCAM. Stay far away from this place. They will STEAL your money.

As I approached the door I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Ive test drive two car which were ok but I didnt want "just ok," I want to love my car. So I purchased the 2013 Hyundai Elantra I fell in love with the car as soon as Joe showed it to me. I drove it around the block a few times with Randy and I felt so good driving. While the paperworks were being processed by Reggie and Randy checked to make sure everything was ok, Joe ordered lunch for me. This is what I call EXCELLENT customer service. I would highly recommend anyone who wish to purchase a car to this dealer.

VIsited this dealership and was interested in a pre-owned vehicle. We put $100 deposit on the car that we were told by both the salesperson and manager that was fully refundable if we did not choose to buy the vehicle - this was simply to hold the car a few days. When we went back, we discussed some previous damage to the car as the salesperson pulled the car out of the spot, he damaged the rims even further by scraping the tires/rims against the curb. When we pointed this out he told us "its ok, its a used car." Needless to stay, we didnt purchase the car and then were told that the money would take a few days to be refunded and processed. I waited for the money to be refunded for a week, and had to call the dealership twice. Both times a receptionist took my info and said a manager would call back. They never did so I had to file a claim with my bank. I called back to tell them about this and that I was going to report it so that it wouldnt happen to others and a manager still wouldnt get on the phone with me. Terrible salesperson and bad business in general. Dont give them your business.

Their customer service is outstanding, They do not rush you, they explain all the features of your vehicle, they go beyond being helpful, and they treat you like family. I want to mention that I dealt with Eric, Reggie, and Lawrence, which I have to say are awesome gentlemen and they really show that they enjoy what they are doing, and also enjoy working with people. I would highly recommend this Dealership to all my friends and family and will NEVER go anywhere else.

Good example of what a dealership should not be. Terrible service, terrible after-market service, terrible customer service. There are so many other decent dealerships to go to. Avoid this one. Not worth your time or money.
