Ron Carter Cadillac in Friendswood,Tx is top notch in my book. I flew to Houston from San Antonio, Tx and was picked up from the airport by one of their staff members named Kaitlin to pickup my Mercedes Benz CLS63 AMG and everything was just great. I mostly dealt with a fantastic salesperson by the name of Diana Orindorff. We communicated mostly by phone and text and the buying experience was not painful at all and most of all no pressure to buy. Ron Carter Cadillac went to bat for me and got me a fantastic rate as well. Diana made me feel right at home with her professionalism and wittiness to keep a smile on my face throughout the process of buying a vehicle. Im from KS, theyre in TX. They have good feedback? Well......If you live out of state, like me (12 hrs away) their policy is not to sell you a car unless u physically enter their building. Like most people, I shop the deal. That isnt always in my home city. Ive purchased a car from a Lexus Dealership in Chicago , didnt go in NO PROBLEMS, bought from another dealer in TX, didnt go in NO PROBLEMS. Horrible service, horrible communication, waste of time! Either theyre behind on the times, or the rep Eric working with me didnt know what he was saying! Very disappointing!

I was not a happy customer. I had been approved a week in advance of going to the dealership. I tried to get actual details regard the approval for rate matching/comparison purposes. While Mr. Payne was fairly friendly, he was extremely vague. My professional experience with dealerships has been that vague generally equals wasted time. I decided to make the 1.5 hour drive to the dealership as they had the color I wanted. My fiancé and I were seated and waited 20 minutes for the receptionist to then move us to an empty desk with an excuse that all the salesmen were in a meeting. We sat around another 10-15 minutes and Mr. Payne never showed. You would think that he would at least stop at the desk and introduce himself. 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, Mr. Payne called my cell with a poor apology stating that he a and his partner were "busy". Not only did I waste gas and time driving to the dealership, but my presence wasnt really acknowledged. As a Loan Officer, I was professionally and personally offended and plan on telling everyone about my terrible experience. C. Clark
