I wish I could leave 6 Stars. This Dealership went above and beyond. The staff is extremely friendly, outgoing and "not pushy." I had come in looking for a specific car for my wife, they made me feel like family and not just your average customer. My salesman Justin even followed up step by step with updated on the car I purchased. Highly recommend him! He is easy going and LISTENS to what your needs are. He didnt push me to buy a different either. He was so easy to work with and has showed me a new side to purchasing cars. Dont shop anywhere else. Get it done right the First time! Also a big shout out to the General Manager Tony. He is so friendly to talk to!!! So with the combination of both of them, we had finalized a deal, and to top it off, we had put the car in the show room with a large bow and surprised my Wife with a new car. Now that it Service! This is my new Home. Milford Nissan is my new home! Thank you
"Disgruntled"
I talked to a salesperson and told him my credit score which was low, he said they could get me a loan so I suggested I fill out a credit application online to see if I would get approved before making the trek out there. I never heard from the dealership or salesman again. It would have been nice if I had heard from them even if declined for a loan. When I am eligible to buy a car it wont be from them.
"Very Good Experience With Professional People"
I visited this dealer because they featured a nice slightly used 2016 Ram 1500. I had shopped around on Cars.com and found this Ram listed at a dealership about 10 miles from my house. I stopped by on a Saturday to look over the Ram, and to see what I could get for the trade in of my 2006 Jeep Wrangler. George Cannon was my sales rep and he is a very nice & knowledgeable guy. After test driving the Ram, we negotiated the deal in which both myself and the dealership were happy with. I next meant Jim Wood, who found me better financing then what I walked in with and we closed the deal. I never thought in my wildest dreams I would be leaving Milford Nissan with that beautiful truck on Saturday, when I came in. Overall it was a very good buying/trading experience, I highly recommend this company. I am very happy!

we had Clay Holt. go see him. we never had a more pleasant car buying experience. dont to earth guy and you never felt like you were being played. got us right where we wanted to be. if you leave a car dealership NOT feeling like you got screwed its a good thing. we tried this dealership last and we wont go anywhere else again. no high pressure. no games. all the way through financing.

Just leased our second LEAF from Guy. Another great experience. Guy is knowledgeable about the LEAF and the various rebate programs available. He helped get me going on the Mass state EV rebate. He was also not pushy or "salesy" in the least. He quickly helped out with a post delivery issue we had with Nissan Connect configuration. Hope hes still there in three years when our lease is up!

Like most people I hate to car shop its always a little intimidating (ie. will I get a good price, will they get me what I want). I went to Nissan in Milford Massachusetts and had the best experience ever! Not only was I assisted with kindness and professionalism but I was treated with respect. I know this might sound funny but, as a woman going into a car dealership I half expected to be look down upon as someone not as knowledgeable as the next guy. I could not have been more mistaken. The two salesmen that assisted me Jim Pronko and Bill Shaw were easy to work with and educated on the products they represented. I will definitely be going back.

I have never owned a Nissan before, my car of choice was always Toyota. But I wasnt impressed with the quality of the new Toyota models and started looking at different Brands. The minute I walked in the door at Milford Nissan I was impressed with the team. I was greeted warmly but not pounced on by the sales people. It just so happened the car that I reviewed on line, a 2016 Rogue was in the showroom. I met my sales rep, Jim Farrell while I was looking at my dream car. He was so informative and was able to answer every one of my questions. We took a similar vehicle for a test drive and I knew the Rogue would be my next new car. After we returned to the dealership Jim showed me all the features of the showroom car and I was more and more impressed with Jims knowledge and with the quality of the Rogue. I returned on Black Friday prepared with the "numbers" I expected to pay for my new car and what I wanted to receive for my trade in. I was pleasantly surprised that we came to a great agreement and 1 hour later I drove out of the parking lot in my new Rogue. The team at Milford Nissan is wonderful, very respectful, fun, informed and very helpful. Jim in particular went out of his way to get me a great deal and followed up on every detail ensuring I was happy. I brought my Rogue back to have a remote starter installed and the Service department was just as impressive as the sales team. I was given a loaner car for the night, when I returned the following day my car had been washed, detailed on the inside and the starter was installed. Jim, my sales rep showed me all the features of the remote starter and made sure that I was totally satisfied with the service I received. I have never been treated so nicely at a car dealership before. I dont think Ill need to buy a new car for a long time based on the quality of my Rogue but if/when I do, I will definitely be going to Milford Nissan. Thank you Jim Farrell, job well done!

"Excellent Experience Overall"
I recently purchased a CPO Nissan Pathfinder from Milford Nissan. Overall, the sales experience was excellent. I had done my research, knew that I wanted a low mileage CPO Pathfinder and made a reasonable offer via the internet on one in their inventory. I initially dealt with the Sales Manager, Michael Wisnes, who responded promptly to all my inquiries and offer and I agreed to come into take a test drive. After arriving at the dealership for the test drive, Michael greeted me and then sales associate, Guy Bedau, took over the process. Guy was excellent to deal with and accompanied me on a test drive and thoroughly explained every feature of the vehicle, He was very knowledgeable, informative, and easy to talk to. My experience with the Finance Manager, Jim Wood, was similar. I told Jim straight out that I wasnt purchasing the extended warranty wrap and he didnt try to oversell it, just explained the differences and moved on. No pressure tactics at this dealership which is refreshing. My only minor negative from the entire experience is that I felt the vehicle could have been better detailed prior to delivery. While the vehicle was clean, a better vacuuming and some cleaning of the trims on doors and other interior would have left a better impression on me regarding that aspect of the experience. Overall though, an excellent experience, and I would buy from Milford Nissan again.

This was a great truck buying experience. From the first time I spoke to my saleman, Guy Bedau, he listened to what I wanted. I cant say that happende elsewhere. Guy is professional, knowledgeable about Nissans, personable, and patient. He answered every question and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. But when I was ready to buy, Guy got me the vehicle I wanted and at a great price. Guy and the whole Milford team made the sales transaction go quickly, smoothly, and without a hitch. If you want to work with company who really "gets" and understands customer service, go to Milford Nissan and talk to Guy. Ill buy from him again.

Spoke with the dealership on the phone at 11am. Agree on car by noon as well as trade-in value of my car (sight unseen). Changed my mind on color at 12:30. At 1pm, Mike the sales manager called to say said hed send someone to get the car in the color I wanted. They went to get car at another dealership in a nearby other state MA -> NH, I picked it up at 7pm. Driving 40 miles from home to do so, as I was so pleased with the phone interaction with Mike vs face to face at local dealership. Received after hours tech support on Nissan dashboard/bluetooth technology. Drove car home.

Everything you want in a car buying experience. Before even walking in the door, I was greeted by Val who understood what I was looking for, showed me to the types of cars I was interested in, and was very helpful in explaining what options are available without pushing the bells and whistles I dont need. I never felt pressured in the whole process, and ended up buying a car in under 2 hours start to finish. Got a fair price on my trade in and worked out the financing with equal ease with Jim Wood. I was treated with utmost respect and fairness. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Two years ago we visited Milford Nissan to test drive a new Leaf. We werent there to buy at that time but that did not dissuade Guy Bedau from giving us his undivided attention, answering all our questions along with a thorough test drive. We left that day so impressed I held onto his business card and two years later we again drove the 60 miles to meet with him, even though there is a Nissan dealer 1 mile from our home. Once again Guy spent all the time we needed, answering our questions and trying his best to meet our financial needs without ever seeming to push the car on us. We left that day with a 2015 Leaf and, for once in my life, left a car dealership feeling we came away with a fair deal.

I had the best possible experience going to Milford Nissan. Milford Nissan went above and beyond helping me find a car that I wanted, not something I would just afford, but something I loved. I had a terrible experience at a un-related dealership in a different area and Milford Nissan did everything they could to help me through the process with out any reason other than to just help me. The Altima I found online was exactly what I thought it would be. Its amazing. Todd literally has to be the nicest car dealership manager ive ever met. Wayne helped me though the whole purchasing process. I never owned a Nissan but I was so happy with how amazing they made the entire experience I will absolutely be back. If you want to find a car you love, not just be pushed into something, this is the place to go. You wont find a better group of people to help you along. I went to many different Nissan Dealers trying to find my ideal car. I went to several that simply were not willing to spend the time or the effort into finding the right car for me. This was not the case at Milford Nissan. The Manger and the Sales Consultant were both not only patient and helpful, but they put in the extra effort into finding the car that is right for me... and I love it! Even though there are many Nissan dealers that are much closer to me I will defiantly be driving the extra half hour to have my car serviced there and when I buy my next car it will defiantly be from this dealer! I would also like to point out how amazing Jim is. This was my first time buying a car and he and Val both took the time to help me understand just what I was agreeing too. Again simply the best!

Id been to several other dealerships, and the experience tended to be either bad or worse. Often I was given false information, was pressured intensely to buy, was treated without respect, or given the run-around. I dont care how good the offer, if youre tactics are shady and unpleasant, Im going to walk away. Milford Nissan was always attentive to your needs, always courteous, and very straight-forward. I actually am sort of surprised that a dealership would treat its customers so well. Ive come to expect some level of annoyance when car shopping, but Milford Nissan sets a precedence that Im afraid any future dealerships I might visit will have to work hard to stand up to. I will certainly send my friends or family to Milford Nissan. A big thank you to both Norman and Val Marcano, who were just the friendliest salesmen and very good at meeting the needs of the customer. Very easy trade-in of my vehicle and purchase of a new Nissan. Started the process online with Lisa and ended up working with Val when I came in. Val was great to work with and made the whole process easy! You will feel that you are in good hands if you end up working with him. A nice touch was not having to deal with the RMV--Milford will handle the full process of moving your plates over, registering the new vehicle, and the state inspection. They also handled the back-and-forth with my insurance co. I bought in the middle of snowstorms, but the dealership fully cleaned the vehicle so it looked awesome (it was a lot of work!). First year of service being free is great! Looking forward to having my vehicle taken care of here.

When I first went in I was corrigibly greeted in a very informal way,not pushy, which is exactly what I wanted. We went over all of the options with a great explanation of them all and I bought almost all of them. The financial procedure was also very well handled and well explained. Delivery with our multiple snow storms was handled well and I was on my way. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. I am retired and use to buy or lease a car every 2 years so I have had many situations in getting a new car.

Allright, so I may have jumped the gun a bit with my last review. The dealer had to, and did replace my transmission, front bearings, and exhaust leak all under the warranty. However, I still feel that these were things that should have been identified before placing the vehicle on the lot for sale. Overall, Im pretty satisfied.....
"Never Buy A Used Vehicle Here"
I recently purchased a used vehicle at Milford Nissan, and needed them to repair all (4) brake rotors just days after I had drove off the lot. I also mentioned that the front end didnt feel right, but they just told me that it wasnt "safety related", so sales wouldnt allow them to perform the service. Im also now having transmission issues, so well see how that goes. Waited over (3) hours for my brakes to be fixed. I guess when they say the vehicle was "fully serviced", it only means they topped off the fluids.........not happy.
