Admittedly, we were very impressed with the 2017 A3 handling and comfort, but it was Rodneys knowledge and professionalism that erased any reservations we had to purchase a vehicle. "Excellent Customer Service"
This is the second Audi that we purchased at Audi Warwick. When deciding to "just look" at replacing our Audi Q5, we made a point of calling Rodney Girouard before driving the 45 minutes from our house. There is an Audi dealership closer to us, but we had such a great experience working with him previously, that we reached out again to Rodney, as we thought we were just beginning the car purchase process. Because we didnt have a firm idea of what we wanted to buy we asked Rodney a lot of questions about different Audi models and debated as to whether to buy used or new. He spent almost the whole day with us as we tried different vehicles to see which would be our perfect match. He displayed tremendous knowledge of the various Audi cars and styles, and made recommendations to us until we finally came to a decision to purchase a 2018 Q5. The finance person, Sophoin Hok, was also easy to work with, and he found a very favorable rate for our financing. Thank you, Rodney and Sophoin for your excellent customer service. Super experience here! It really does make a difference to find someone you can trust and who you actually enjoy working with - both of these are true at Audi Warwick. We were strolling thru the Lexus dealership nearby, and didnt like the vibe - so we wandered over to the Audi dealership. Barry B came out to greet us, in a friendly but low key way. We were looking for a used small wagon, and he immediately showed us 3 in 2 different styles. His knowledge about Audis is *impressive*. He also emailed me links to a car I was interested in, the govt gas rating site, and the models Edmunds site. I actually used those links over & over for the variety of cars I was looking at. Barry was very helpful and available as we went through the process of making our decision, which made the whole experience pleasant. We were looking for great gas mileage, back support/able to fit small drivers, fun to drive (last car was a Mazda), and room for bikes & dogs. Hard to come by. We narrowed it down to an A3 TDI, and just missed buying one at Audi Warwick - which was certified & went super fast. Since they are hard to come by and we needed a car right away, we did end up getting one at a Toyota dealer who happened to have one. However, I would never have been able to get to that point without Barrys help - he seems to really love what he is doing & it shows!

My wife and I bought a BMW X1 two years ago and we were greatly impressed with the level of service and attention to details from Inskip BMW. That same level of service and attention to detail was present at Audi Warwick (same parent dealership) and with sales rep RodneyGirouard when I purchased the used Audi A4. That same level of service is apparent if your buying a quarter-million dollar car or a used one. Rodney was very engaged in the sale and answered all of my questions on the car, worked with me on getting a replacement on a small interior part and was very easy to talk to and work with. Even after picking up the car Rodney was instrumental in getting one of the master keys re-coded. He took care of everything promptly. During the finance transaction portion of the purchase, it could not have been more streamlined and well prepared. I was in and out in 5 minutes.Very well organized and you can see the teamwork. I would again visit Audi Warwick and recommend anyone interested in any of the vehicle manufacturers they offer.

Let me just say, Penske did it again!!! Audi Warwick has incredible used and new inventory, and their staff is awesome. I owned a 2010 AUDI Q5 PREMIUM PLUS 3.2 V6 WITH S-LINE PACKAGE. I went and bought a 2013 Q5 3.0 T with 10,000 miles. Also, i had requested that the trailer hitch was taken off my 2010 and put on the 13 and the service department did! Mark Walker sold me my new SUV. He was a friendly, genuine man. When Warwick was owned by Inskip, I bought a variety of cars from Inskip like Lexuss, BMWS, Acuras, Infinitis, etc. Now whenever i need service or oil change, Audi comes to my house picks up my car and gives me an Audi Loaner Car. Incredible experience. Job well done!

There are many adjectives to describe my service experience in this dealership but to name a few: Effortless! Efficient! Comfortable! Inviting! Friendly! Recently I purchased a used 2013 Audi A8 from Warwick Audi in Rhode Island. I purchased this vehicle after seeing it online and without ever having seen the vehicle in person. Chris Jones was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle highlighting the current state of the vehicle as well as mentioning the minor aesthetic defects in the car as it had been used. Chris went the extra mile to ensure that the defects were either fixed or minimized to make sure I was getting a like-new, used vehicle. Chris walked me through the entire process and ensured all of my questions were answered in a timely and effective manner. When I received the vehicle after having it shipped to my location in Texas I was extremely happy that there were no surprises on delivery. The vehicle came exactly as Chris described it to me. After talking to him about the vehicle he offhandedly mentioned that he identified a minor aesthetic scratch in the. He took immediate ownership of the situation and decided that the minor aesthetic part should be replaced prior to shipping to ensure that I got the vehicle in a pristine state. "Inskip Audi, Great Service As Always."
I brought my A4 in to Inskip for an oil change and check the A/C. I told Bill Spencely, my Service Advisor, that the cable to open the hood was frozen and he added that to the list to check. Ultimately, he had to change the cable, recharge the A/C, and replace the hood strut, which was done on warranty as it had been replaced in January. I waited for the car and it was completed around noon, about a 4 hour repair (I brought a book.) As always, Bill was his usual professional, friendly and informative self and the repair work was completed fairly quickly considering the unseen issue of the hood strut.

I really do not know from where should i start from but long story short, This people work very hard and i mean it VERY hard to get the deal done for you. My wife was interested in 09 Passat komfort and the price was omg unbelievable 9750$$ and the closest in the market at this time was 12500$ same condition and mileage. this is not the point, the point is my wife screwed her credit before and i expected since it is Audi they wont care about us but to be honest i am speechless for the effort they put to get this deal done in 2 days and the interest rate that the local dealer told us was 18% but in Audi they got us 9%. Bottom Line if u looking for a used car like me please dont be afraid to contact the big dealers specially "Audi Warwick" this is the lesson i learned in that place Thanks Chris the sales man and the finance Manager forgive me i forgot his name. 1 day when i have money i promise ill buy my audi from them no doubt about it.

I just purchased a pre-owned 2010 Audi A4 Avant station wagon from this dealership and worked with Steve Serpa to complete the transaction. Steve took all the time needed to explain the features of this vehicle and never rushed or tried to push me to purchase another more expensive car. He was most personable and took the time to listen and get to know his customers. I would certainly come here again when my wifes car needs to be replaced.

Ive owned my 2012 A4 S-line for about a year now. I originally came in to drive and purchase an S4, and after dealing with Tom Vincent, and attempting to negotiate a price, he never would call me back after leaving several messages. The car I own now happened to come in to Fall River, so I went over there to buy it. I purchased the AudiCare package, and I take it to Warwick to get serviced as its the most convenient location. My first service was in February, and at that time I was told that the back-up camera (which wasnt initially installed due to supply problems from the Japan Earthquake) was in inventory and would be ordered and I would get a call in a couple weeks to come in to have it installed. September came around, it was time to get my next service, and still no call. I called to schedule service and see if I could get the camera installed, and they had to order it and would call in a couple weeks to set and appointment. A month went by and still no call; I had to call (the part was in) and get the appointment scheduled. Now I need a weather strip replaced and guess what, its on order and I was supposed to get a call within 2-3 days. Its now been two weeks, and I guess Ill have to call again to get anything done. They have a nice dealership, and the employees all seem friendly enough, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. If I didnt like the brand and the car so much, and if they werent the only game in town I would be done with these guys.

The salespeople were perfectly helpful if you confronted them directly, and the buying process itself was smooth and well organized, but nobody went out of their way to help me. I bought my car from them because they happened to have the car I wanted, not because the salespeople helped me find what I was looking for.
