We had a terrible experience at Atlantic VW . I was told they would wave the fees on the car if I was interested in taking the car that week. I called the salesman 2 days latter told him I would be in on saturday ...when I arrived ready to purchase we where told the sales manager would not honor the previously negotiated price . Watch out for FEES !!! I also was very unhappy with the fact that they held on to my CC in the back room for the entire time I was there ..... at least 2 hours . NOT a Good Policy . The salesman however was somewhat nice but the sales manager was not.

"Bad Service,bad Buying Experience "

I bought my car from Atlantic Volkswagen back in 2012 and sales guy was pushy and finance manager was rude,we even walked out of there to not the deal with her but they called us and said other finance manager be back in two days so we can do the deal with him,after whole hassle with buying process,service department wasnt a good experience either,service advisor Vinnie was so unprofessional,he never called me and give me an update on my car which one day job turned into 5 day and in fact he lied and said he left a message twice and we didnt get it,but when it came to pay the bill line went through and we got his call Overall it was a bad experience for me but again everyones experience is different

I walked into Volkswagen to see what resale cars they had. I was in the market for a used car for my son (his first car), and wanted to buy a safe car for him, but not brand new. I was lucky enough to find they had a 2013 Tiguan for sale, that had just come off a 3 year lease, with just over 37,000 miles. I myself have a 2013 Toureg that I am very happy with. I met with a salesman named Rueben, and from the start, he was polite, attentive, and knowledgable about this Tiguan. I took it for a test drive and sat down to discuss price. I didnt have too much time, so I ended up going back the next day. I also met with Rob Hoffman, who is a new manager running the store for the last couple of months. Long story short, I bought the car! It was a pleasure to deal with both Rob, and Rueben and I am considering going back to get another car when my current Toureg lease is up! :)

This is the second vehicle Ive purchased from this dealer because of the outstanding service I received on my EOS. This time I purchased a Tiguan, and Xavyer was a personable, reasonable and knowledgeable sales rep. He went above and beyond in finding me the model and incentives available for this purchase without any of the typical car salesman doublespeak. Lilianna was also wonderful in finalizing the purchase. She was very sweet and professional. I had to return to them the next day to drop off some paperwork and the manager, Paul, greeted me by name and was very hospitable in offering refreshments, as Xavyer and Lilianna had done the day before. My Salesman, Adam, was great! He took lots of time with me, and listened to my needs and concerns. The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. Sales Manager, Rob, was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them both. Adam went above and beyond - even going out to get me another key because the only one they had was in bad shape. I would first like to thank Melissa who made first contact with me through email and phone. She is a very lovely and sweet lady(thanks for the comment about the car looking like it suits me, I think so too ;) . Even offered coffee (they have a huge variety of coffee and teas for their futuristic coffeemaker that I dont even know how to use. Its not a keurig either.) before the test drive. Id like to thank Justin. Awesome guy. He reminds me of a young Edward Norton in his prime. Justin was courteous and straight to the point. The first thing we did was the test drive, didnt even step into the dealership yet. He helped me with my decision and I didnt feel pressured. I bought a Mazda3 here, yes at a Volkswagen dealership. I was on the fence with purchasing the 3 or a cx5 from another dealership. I decided on purchasing the pre-owned 2012 mazda3 from them. Great price as well. He has a great insurance contact as well. Coming from a 29 year old first time driver with barely a 1 year driving record, he got me a good deal on insurance. Id finally like to thank Jessica for working on my financing. Yet another lovely worker. Such a great team at Atlantic Volkswagen. Id definitely shop here again if I see something I like, eventhough its a long drive from where I live and kind of an awkward location. Theyre literally located on the highway and only one entrance, eventhough theyre also in a neighborhood, but you cant enter their lot on that side. Heres to hoping they eventually make an entrance for the neighborhood side. My overall experience was pretty great. I got there around 1:30pm and was out by 6pm. I thought these things took longer but I was buying a used car and did my research here on cars.com. Left with registration, license plate, fresh detailed car all within roughly 4hrs on a Saturday. Perfection. P. S. Thanks again for the coffee, vending machine snacks, TV waiting area, accommodation, top notch customer service, and headache tablets. Lol I needed that. What a day! "The Lease Of Our New 2015 Volkswagen Jetta"

Xavyer Thomson was our salesman. He was very professional, and knowledgeable of the car, and all its working intricacies. The car is the usual German quality, with smart engineering updates that go far beyond the 2002 Jetta, that we traded in. All the staff that we came in contact with during our purchase process, were very caring, and professional in their approach, to be of as much help as they could, no matter what the topic. The only negative in the entire process, was the mountains of paper work involved, between taxes, NYS DMV requirements, insurance, Title, etc., which is beyond the control of ANY CAR DEALERSHIP, ( to the point of after five hours, it was like being held HOSTAGE), but we survived, and happily got our new JETTA - ¿ ¿ ¿

If i could sum up my experience in one word it would be "WOW." Zain did a great job helping me find the right car. He knew so much about the safety and technology in every VW. He was so nice and actually fun to talk to unlike other consultants. I went in to just look at a Jetta and drove out in a brand new 2015 GTI. I was able to pick the options and color vehicle I wanted along with find the most affordable financing terms for me. Before driving out I met some of the service advisors who seemed very helpful. The car was detailed and looked really shiny I got to sign my paperwork and take the car the same day. this place is clean, convenient and it isnt dull like other VW dealerships.

I liked the Jetta but after driving the Passat I was convinced this would be a better choice for our needs!Been driving a Jeep Cherokee that I loved and never thought I would find as good a ride.(the gas miledge was not good for my 25,000 miles a year and commute I do each day) I left with the Passatt that night! I have never done anything quite this fast in my life but I got a wonderful deal and have no regrets! LOVE my Passatt! Nadia was a big part of my decision.
