I purchased a 2013 Challenger and I took it in to the service department for some minor issues and I wanted to write a review about one of the Service Representatives that really always seems to go out of his way to make sure that Im happy. Ive been there a couple of times and I have had the pleasure of having Jeff as my service rep. Good and fair people have to always be acknowledged in my opinion, and he is definitely one of them . Every single time Ive been in there Jeff has greeted me with a smile on his face. Im very picky when it comes to my car, so everytime Ive been in there and told Jeff what the issues are; he has always done his best to have his guys address them one by one, in order to make sure I walked out of there happy. Another thing I truly appreciate about Jeff is that he tells you exactly the way it is, he has always been honest with me. Most places after they have sold you their product, seem to not care about you as soon as you walk out the door. But people like Jeff are the reason why Simi Valley Dodge has my business and will continue to in the future. I never thought I would say it but I really enjoyed my car-buying experience. After having an awful time at another dealer (Shaver in Thousand Oaks) I was delighted with the excellent service and wonderful people here at Kirby. We worked with Jesus who was up-front and honest and who was unlike any of those pushy salesmen whom we all hate so much. He went the extra mile for us as did Chuck and Bob who were both courteous and helpful. I got a great deal on a brand new Jeep and am so excited! I will be buying from them time and again and will be referring all of my friends and family here.

This was a Great Buying experience, Art made the buying of car really an enjoyable experience and was attentive to my needs, wants and situation. Art, the Internet Manager, took care of me, delivered above and beyond what he promised, was patient and understanding and wrapped up the entire deal in about an hour. I was very pleased with my car shopping experience at Kirby of Simi Valley.Jesus was the first to help us out and test drive a JGC that had the Hemi in it. after that Art was the one who helped with the negotiating which was a No Pressure situation.Then on to Bob who was a pleasant person to deal with in finance who set up all the paper work.oh and there is Chuck who is also very nice to do business with he saved us some money.
