"Horrible Customer Service"
The place is run down. Customer service is horrible. They barely even acknowledge your presence. I bought a mini van there. The dealership filled out the title incorrectly. Now they refuse to lift a finger to fix their mistake. I still cant register the vehicle. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. In fairness the price was good. Thats the only positive I have to say.

The sales representative she was very informative with the information she was very nice and very thero so I really appreciated her helping me and answering the questions that I have so overall it was a nice experience and I will come back when Im ready to get the truck

I live up the street so I stopped by to make an offer on a truck that has been on there lot for over a year, I ask the sales guy if the price was negotiable and he said did you not understand the price? thats the price if you are not interested in that price then dont waste my time Im very busy. He then walked away from me. lol unbelievable no wonder there trucks are there so long.

This place has tons of work trucks! Well worth my long drive. Price and vehicle was as advertised. My sales guy was great... No nonsense sale, no high pressure to buy. It did take a while to get the quote for financing but that is my only complaint. FYI they dont do trade-in or at least not when I was there... To much inventory.
"Stay Away Norco Truck Center"
Terrible service, terrible prices, terrible vehicles.Do not purchase from this dealer.On average there prices are $5,000 over what they should be and the quality of vehicles is bad.

"Awful Customer Service After The Sale"
Purchased a low mileage 2008 Ford F450 stakebed from Norco Truck Center. The injectors failed well within the 30 day warranty period and 200 miles over the 1,000 mile warranty. Only 200 miles!! They refused to even split the bill with me. I will not be purchasing anymore trucks here and will let everyone that will listen to BEWARE.
"How Do They Stay In Business???"
Drove far (because they did not answer the phone) to try to deal on a 2011 Ford Ranger 4-door. They were jam-packed with vehicles and I thought I could make a deal if I liked the truck. No one was around except an older Spanish guy who lacked any personality and knowledge of the cars nor proper business techniques. We had to search to find the car that I saw online. It was filthy with spider-webs, dust and dings. When we finally got into the car the inside was filthy, smelled bad and believe it or not; the stereo/CD was stolen. We had to jump the car because the battery was dead. When I returned from the test-drive the guy yelled at me for parking in the wrong place. Regardless, I saw potential with the truck with a lot of fixing-up and a great deal. I offered him a price considering the state of the truck, the dealership and sales staff. He asked me if I was serious and to get lost. Not even an attempt at a counter-offer. I told him I had cash and he said he didnt care. Maybe they make their money with contract companies? Individuals, do not waste your time if you are serious about buying.
"No Water!"
The only person woth anythig there is BEN, attentive and helpful. The bathroom has no running water, if thats a sign of how they handle there business well.. There is a fine example. (My wife found that quite upsetting). They sold me a truck with no cadalatic converter, not sure how they passes smog. As it turns out, it was still under ford warrenty, didnt cost me anything but... I was wondering how they pass a smog inspection that i paid for at purchase.

i went in looking for a vehicle for a first time buyer. overall i came and looked. there was no hurry shove down your face buy today. i really like that the sales team has a fleet of golf carts to make the process more laxed. at the time i wasnt ready to buy but now i am thinking im ready to buy and i know i will be coming to this place first. i have recommended it to people, now i think its time for me to go down.

Called the Dealer, guy picked up very rude. asked him if the truck they were selling was above blue book. He said come see the truck, i said that is not my question, he said come see the truck i am not going to argue with you. very very rude sales person.
