I worked with Nick Losee for 6 months before I was actually able to purchase my fabulous A3. This was due to the VW buyback process. Nick is the most knowledgeable and honest car salesman I have ever dealt with. He listened to all my concerns and needs to help me select the perfect car. When I started the search for a new car, I did my due diligence and test drove four different vehicles at four manufacturers. I pretty quickly narrowed it down to two, the Audi Q5 and a comparable SUV. There were factors to consider besides just the car, including the ability to work with the salesperson and staff to get the car I wanted without the high pressure sales tactics as well as the future service relationship I would have with the dealership. I was very upfront with Nicke Losee, the salesperson I dealt with about what I liked about both SUVs. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about the Audi, he was also very knowledgeable about the differences in the two SUVs that actually lead me to make the decision to go with the Q5. When my husband and I were ready to finalize the transaction, Nick was a complete professional and worked to get us the price we were comfortable with. Circumstances were such that we were not going to be able to take delivery when the car was ready and there were no runners available, so Nick drove the car to my home. He has been very responsive to questions and has assured me I can call whenever I have a question or issue and he will take care of it. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and the customer service at Audi Norwell is very impressive. I would recommend Audi Norwell and Nick Losee to anyone.

Recently bought a used Infiniti G37 sedan, the car was in a great condition yet they took great attention to detail replacing anything that wasn’t perfect(all minor). As most used cars need brakes, etc I had to come back a week later to get the brakes done and get a new battery as the car wouldn’t start one morning without a jump. They replaced the brakes and battery free of charge and I would happily buy another car from them.

I stopped in because my new (used) Audi bought 3 weeks ago in CT was reving dangerously high and I Was hoping for someone to take a quick look as I was in Massachusetts for weekend. In a nutshell, I had brakes, rotors, front tires and an alignment done just under 12K miles at Audi of Nashua, NH over a year ago. This is truly the best dealer around and where I purchased the RS-7 (and ultimately they bought it back this past weekend, 26 Aug 17), and they claimed all this work as warranty. Having relocated from North of Boston to the South Shore last summer (Jun, 2016), I now had to use the closest dealer, which was/is Audi of Norwell, MA.. Interestingly I brought the RS-7 to Audi of Norwell for 25K miles service at the end of July (17) this year and they told me I needed front brakes, rotors, tires and a front end alignment again ($3900). What am I to do, I had the work done and paid it. What makes this so odd to me is if I had the work done last summer and have a winter set of wheels as well that get put on in the fall (Nov (16) –Mar (17), how the heck can I need all this work done again a year later/12K miles more??? As Shakespeare once said, “Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.” And I’ll mention I dropped the RS-7 off on a Thursday, they called me to come get the car on Friday. The following Monday they called back and told me they put the old tires back on and there was miscommunication for ordering the new ones. Total clown show. Bottom-line, loved my Audi’s. The product is awesome. As for servicing them, George Horne wrote, “Fool me once, shame on you” and you know the rest….

I walked into Audi Norwell with an above average knowledge base of cars, especially Audis. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Nissan for a new 2016 S5 lease. Sam Doxsey had helped my mother purchase an Audi Q5 a few days earlier so I sought out his help. Having never leased a car before, Sam made the process extremely easy. Taking me on multiple test drives with multiple vehicles over the course of three visits. He was extremely knowledgable and passionate about the cars Audi Norwell sold. I took in a lot of information from Sam that ultimately helped me make a decision. Sam made sure I got all the special incentives available as well. I have to say, the part of the car buying process that people look forward to the least, the negotiation, was really quick and painless with Sam and Sams manager. We spoke initial lease numbers my first visit but I didnt negotiate until I had at least 2 more negotiated prices from other Audi dealers. I told Sam if he could match the lowest price of the two I brought in that I would take it. Needless to say after 2 minutes with his manager, Sam came back with paperwork and the deal was done. After I decided to Lease the S5 Andrew Dunn (Audi Financial) went above and beyond his responsibility of having me fill out paperwork. He was a passionate owner of an S model car and gave me a ton of info about car care, and how to get the best performance out of my new car.
