My wife and I visited the dealership on October 14, 2017. We were greeted by Regin. We felt comfortable right away because of Regins demeanor. Regin was very knowledgeable about the different makes and models of cars. My wife and I ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle. I would recommend the dealership to my family and friends because of Regin.

My complaint with this facility was my daughter not receiving a financial reward for referring me to them. Being new and intimidated by the whole process I was not clear in detailing her involvement with the process,although I did state to my salesperson I was sent by my daughter. Calling to rectify the situation I was stonewalled and told the paperwork was already done and gently placated with a promise to see what could be done. Nothing was.

Not much I can say really. Inquired about a car they posted on cars.com asking for some pictures. After a few days with no response ended up finding another car at another dealership. Cant rate on anything but customer service as I had zero service from them.

I just had my entire engine replaced at Kia on the Boulevard and they were nothing but professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Carl, in the service department, was fantastic about letting me know what was going on with the repair process. Scott, who I believe to be the manager, was highly professional and let me know the moment my car was ready (less than 2 days after the engine arrived at the dealership). Picking it up yesterday evening, the receptionist had me signing the paperwork and getting me in the car in less than 2 minutes (with a half-dozen other customers in the dealership at the time). Very impressed by their level of service and the quality of their work!

Being a first time buyer, I was so so upset when I walked in because I had to give up my 1997 pathfinder which was given to me by my husband. (recently deceased) I cried the whole time. I would have given the buying process a five star rating, but when it came time to sign the financial documents the monthly payment amount and date of first payment was different from what was agreed upon. They didnt tell me in order to make my first payment in 45 days my monthly payment would be higher. Of course I didnt find this out until after I cleaned out my car and at the final stage in the process This was very disappointing Other than that, everything was great.

I had the pleasure of owning a 2013 kia Sorrento and on August 5 2016 i bought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance after the vehicle was serviced timothy gave me a full detail of what else that needed to be done to the vehicle. So i asked tim what was more important because I could not afford to get everything done so tim politely explained to me from top to bottom . So i asked Tim if i could speak with a salesperson about a trade in, so he introduced me to Mr Doug Gaddy when I say this man took his time with me explained everything i needed to know and put me in a 2017 Sorrento. I would recommend kia on the Blvd to everyone i know the staff is excellent and so are the vehicles.

I guess my only complaint would be it was a few minor problems with the vehicle and management wasnt willing to go down on the price or fix the minor repairs ..... Overall my sales person Doug did a want WONDERFUL JOB.

If you want to have a positive buying experience Dont go to Kia on the Boulevard. This dealership is lacking in customer service. I am from out of town. I brought my car Thanksgiving weekend they took forever to pay off my trade in and I still have not received my tags or registration as of yet, and its January the 8th. I have been calling the dealer for several weeks about my tags. Constantly leaving my name and number. I have yet to receive a call back explaining what is going on. This has me very upset. Its like you buy a car from them and the dont care after that. In my book this is poor customer service. I need my tags I dont live in Philadelphia and I cant even get a call back telling me where my tags are at. They have issued me 2 temporary tags. What the hell. All I can say is iff customer service is important to you Dont go to Kia on the Boulevard. I hope this review can save you some disappointment...

They provided beverages while speaking about the available options available for each model. When we decided on the car we wanted, they did not have it in stock and ordered it for us. The car was here in 2 days. The whole experience was much better than we anticipated and I would purchase from this dealership again.
