Like many people Im crazy busy so I enjoyed the option of searching the Kirby Kia website for vehicles and requesting someone to call me back. On Wednesday I was able to submit information about my trade in and request financing approval all online, I had my appointment on Thursday morning and drove off with my new truck by noon. I couldnt ask for more and a shout out thanks to my salesman Eian who promptly called me back from my internet request, also took care of the whole sales process. Ill be back in the future. P/S looking forward to my first FREE oil change :)

My wife and I were looking for an new Sorrento and found one at Kia of Ventura. Not only did Eian Yarbrough help of through every phase but he was truly interested that our experience was enjoyable. He was concerned that we were happy but that we got a quality vehicle. Although we were looking for a new2017 Sorrento we ended up with a 2018 because of Eians caring and watching out for our interest. We drove from Santa Barbara to buy a Kia Optima after reading the reviews on CR and driving other mid-size sedans. The Optima is spacious and very comfortable, not to mention having lots of awesome built- in technology. George could not have been more pleasant and patient as we debated colors and features, at the showroom and over the phone. Eian was also very helpful; clearly, the folks at Kirby work well as a team.

Went to Kirby Kia to purchase a new car. The experience was great. We were in and out in just a couple of hours, test drive and all. A salesman named Jake Anderson helped us out and he was friendly and very knowledgeable of everything on the lot. He listened to what we needed and was able to help us settle on a model of a new Niro hybrid. He even took the time to show us how to work all of the stuff on the UVO Infotainment system. The financing portion also went super fast and was easy and painless. Remember when buying a car used to take all day? Not here. Highly recommended!

Jake and Ramon were awesome. Very informative, They really sit you down and work with what your interested in. Also, Carlos Carrillo the sales manager is really great he worked with my budget and and made me feel secure in buying a car from them. They were not your typical sales car men where they hassle and make you feel obligated to buy. It was a all around great experience to where they welcome you with water or coffee, sit with you, break down the numbers and work with my sister and I. They made us feel very comfortable purchasing a from there and we left three different car lots thank god until we stopped by KIA of Ventura!! We definitely recommend going to them!! Thank You!!

I went in the other day to check out my options for buying a used car. My credit isnt so great and I had no money to put down. I was looking through Cars.com and found a car I was interested in. George Estrada from Kirby Kia contacted me and I told him my situation. He told me to come on in anyways and he would see what he could do. I wasnt going to go due to the credit and money issue (I mean I really didnt have my hopes up at all). Well Im so very happy I went!! George and his team helped me out tremendously! I drove away that very same day in a Used 2015 Ford Fiesta! My payments are low and they even differed the down payment for 3 weeks so I could have some time to come up with it. I cant begin to say how very thankful I am to George and Kirby Kia!!! Im a hard working single parent who has been having a rough time lately and they really went out of their way to help me out, and for that Im truly grateful. After a very quick decision process about the type of car I wanted to buy, George from KIA KIRBY in Ventura was able to present the product in a very professional way and all the Team at Kirby Kia was really helpful, transparent and friendly. The new facility is great, and I got my car leased in less then one day including the approval process that, for my specific case (just moved from Europe) was not that easy to accomplish. I strongly recommend to go, test cars, talk to KIA Ventura professionlals and eventually take the best decision. It worked for me and I am sure it will with many others. Great customer service, best customer approach and hopefully.....great cars (my first Kia ever). Good job George!

I came into the car dealership wanting to buy a car. Jake came up and introduced himself. I knew what I wanted , a Kea Soul and we sat down and he showed me some details of the car I didnt know about and also the next step up version of the car. I told him DO NOT CALL AND BUG ME, text me is OK. Jake was awesome, he did not bug me at all, We made arrangements to meet, When I had to cancel he did not bother me at all, I told him to I would contact him. Later the next week I contacted him, we got together, we sorted out the details and basically I bought the car. I wanted a white one but there were none in California which had what I wanted, he called around and talked to people that were helping to find a car but, we drove a silver one, I liked it and that was it. I bought the car. He then showed me how to work everything in the car, even though I had to have him repeat a bunch of stuff he was very patient. I found him engaging and funny and fun to be with. I found the experience most pleasant. I I am sending one and maybe even 2 people to check out the Soul, maybe buy one.

The color we wanted was not available and the salesperson searched for the features we wanted with the color we wanted. It took some time but we got what we wanted. The salesperson did not pressure me and my wife. We walked off the dealers lot. Overall, the process was positive. In the end we are very happy with the vehicle we purchased.

We love our new KIA Niro Touring. We were met promptly on the lot by sales associate Sheriff Modad. He was very patient with us, answered all our questions, took us for a test drive, and even found a Niro in the color and with all the options we wanted on the lot. This was our first lease with trade in, and all of it was handled very smoothly and quickly, without any pressure. The finance manager, Fares Abourjeily, was very helpful and explained everything clearly. This was the quickest, smoothest experience we have had in thirty years of buying new cars. When the current remodel of the facility is finished, it too will rate five stars.

I just purchased a new Sorento at Ventura Kia, my second purchase from Ventura Kia. Let me first say, I love my car, but am so disappointed with the internet sales manager, who is no longer there. I went in knowing what I wanted but received so much push back by Anthony that certain options were not available, even though I had built the car on-line. He was tied up with another customer closing a sale and had another salesperson take us on a test drive, thank goodness because she knew so much more about the car. When we got back to the dealership and started discussing terms and options he had my daughter and I waiting so long that I finally told him we had to leave. He actually got angry with me because he had spent an hour working on possible sale! I still bought the car the next day. Unfortunately for me, I was so busy explaining why I wanted AWD, TO TOW, because I could TOW more 5000lb vs 3500 with FWD, that I forgot to make sure I had the towing package! My own fault, but you would think that a salesperson would pick up on the fact that I wanted to tow! Its too bad because I had such a good experience the first time. I will probably give them another chance, but will still leaves me with a bad taste.

I was shopping for a used car for my Son. I called Mark from the internet department and I asked if the car that we were interested in was available. He said yes. He asked that if we go in , to ask for him. We went to the dealership and asked for him. He was too busy to greet us he was waiting for another client to come out of financing. We had another sales person help us. Mark never made an appearance, We wanted to speak with him directly since he was the Internet Manager and we had seen the car online. The process in purchasing the car was very long !!! Since Kia is under construction we were in a small temporary office. It was pretty brutal to say the least.

Great friendly service at this dealership. The process of buying the Rio was pretty painless. Tony Nicoll was a great help and got us a really good deal, though he did work and sweat for it. We did the whole wheel and deal song and dance untill we meet at a good medium. I think if it was lower on his end he would have walked away himself. Tony was a good sport and did not miss a beat. He understood what we were doing and stayed professional throughout. When you go to Kia ask for Tony, if not ask for Evan. He was super helpful and just the most chill guy you can possibly meet.

Since I needed a new car, and had to navigate the process without my husband, who passed away in January of this year, I wanted to be among friends. Dave connected me with George Estrada. He was very helpful and worked with me and a family friend to negotiation ate the best deal on my 2017 Kia Soul. He has followed up with me since I bought the car and contacted a car stereo business near where I live in order to install a CD player.
