Service is prompt and excellent. I waited in the seating area wich was very nice and clean and offers tv, wifi, beverages and donuts while you wait. My oil change was quick and I was in and out with no problems. The service manager JJ Delgado is very polite and helpful.

From the moment we met Moz Taghavi until the time we drove away in our new Hyundai SantaFe, we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Moz was very knowledgable about the car, explaining all the different options available ( even setting up my Bluetooth before we left) and extremely patient as we worked through the negotiations. From the moment Moz Taghavi met us as we drove in to the dealership, to handing us the keys to our new Santa Fe after a few hours, everything was easy. Moz was extremely knowledgable about the car and spent the end of the evening setting up my Bluetooth and explaining many of the features of our new car. Everyone involved was helpful, knowledgable and honestly seemed more interested in us being happy with our car than them making the sale. Overall a great experience.

Quick service. I generally add an hour to the estimated time I am quoted when I drop off the vehicle. I came back at the estimated time and the car was ready and brought out front with out me even letting them know I was there. Outstanding!

I came in for a recall on my 2013 Sonata, but since I have owned the car I have had an issue with my Bluetooth not staying connected to my phone. I thought it could have been an issue with my phone, but when I upgraded, the problem still occurred with the new iPhone. Your employees took the time to research the issue and were able to determine something is failing inside the radio. They are going to fix the problem once the part comes in. While I waited, I also looked around at the new cars, and your sales agents were very friendly. My wife is looking for a new SUV and I told her about the experience, so in the future we will come check out the new Santa Fes. On top of that, my phone was dying and I needed to make sure it had some charge in order to help diagnose the Bluetooth issue. The woman answering the phone by the waiting area let me use her personal charger, which was very kind of her.

In my experience of car buying, Ive bought 3 new cars over the past 5 years. In all of my experiences I have never met a salesman so friendly and intelligent.
