The only problem I had was the technican did not reset the computer reading for the oil life remaining or place a sticker suggesting next service due date or mileage for next service.

We went in just looking and because of the great Sales Representative, Dennis Parker, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all, listened to what type of vehicle, options and price we wanted, we ended up purchasing our new vehicle. In just a short time he had the Chevy Trax pulled up to the front door and it was perfect, color and all. So we bought it. I brought my new car in for the first oil change. I called to make an appointment and was given one very easily. I was disappointed to learn that they give everyone the same appointment time (8 am slot) and then you are serviced based on first come first served. This was not mentioned AT ALL during the appointment making. Had I known, I would have scheduled to drop off and have someone pick me up to return later for my car. The service technicians were very good and they got me in as quickly as possible. They were also very kind. I would recommend your answering service/appointment schedulers provide the appropriate information when making appointments. Thank you.

From the beginning to the end, there was nothing but a very positive attitude from everyone I dealt with at the dealership. The salesman was very helpful in helping me to make my decision, negotiated a fair & reasonable price without haggling, and gave me a very reasonable & acceptable price for my trade in. My experience was great--everyone could not do enough for me & the entire sale was done in a few hours. I had previously spent about 1 week trying to deal with another dealership who treated me like they were doing me a favor to sell me a truck. It was a nice experience. All the staff was great and answered any question that I had. The one "hiccup" that I had was the OnStar. It could not be activated. I brought it back in and after the tech completed troubleshooting, it was found that it needed a control module that would require ordering. Therefore, I had to bring it back in again. I was initially told that since it would take half a day to replace the dealer would put me in a loaner. However, when I was notified the part was in and I made an appointment, I was told one could not be provided. I went on and scheduled the appointment but after much thought I called back and asked if I could have it replaced at a local dealer who could provide a courtesy ride home so that I would not have to sit and wait for my truck to be fixed. I was later called by the Service Manager (which I could remember his name at Bob Bell) and he got me into a loaner and was very helpful!! KUDOS to him! All in all though it was a great experience. No pressure and no hassles. I only wish there was a larger selection. I was not being too picky and was looking for a deal. With that said, I was trying to get into a monthly special vehicle and that number was limited. I love my new truck though! Thanks!

Well I only have one complaint and that is I made an appointment to get the oil changed in the car for 7 a.m. When I got there at 7 a.m. and there was three cars ahead of me and I was told there was about a two hour wait, so I left and came back the following week without an appointment and was second in line and was out in less than an hour. Now why would they have me make an appointment if they do not go by the appointment schedule?
