This car buying experience was the result of failure at another dealership. After driving almost an hour to Abington and being underwhelmed by other dealers we drove by and stopped at Abington Auto Mall. The customer service was exceptional and the agents were very willing to make a deal. The representatives even helped set up car insurance and registration at the DMV which was gladly accepted. Was upset about driving so far for a crappy dealer but ended up receiving a great deal anyways with Abington Auto Mall!!

I was in need of a new car, and fast. I found one at the Abington Auto Mall via online. They held the vehicle for me until I came in for a test drive. I fell in love! They went above and beyond to make me happy. I got a great price for the car, an oil change, detail, and four new tires. They also replaced the battery in my smart key remote and practically filled the car with gas. Since there wasnt a spare key, Rick Bernasconi made arrangements to get a spare key at a discount too. I would definitely shop there again. Mike and Rick were great!

My husband and I purchased a truck from Abington Auto Mall. The salesman was very nice, no pressure. We even talked to the owner he was also nice, gave us a good deal on the truck. We took it for a test drive and found a couple of minor things to be fixed which was done in a couple of days. Truck runs great have no problems with it. Definitely will buy from them again

bought a car here first day I got it antifreeze leak still antifreezez leak had to replace heater control valve. they said they replaced leak coming from radiator but wont replace it tells nothing leaking had another mechachnic tell me it was I paid for extended warranty which was premier I paid 1850.00 today my son goes in there they told him never heard of them they god for paperwork small repair issue with car cant even fix. owner got mad at me after charging me 80.00 for a repair told me never to come back all because of a antifreeze leak

"Stay Away!! Far Far Away."

Drove 2 hours to look at a 2006 GMC 3500 dump. They did hold it for me until I could get down there with my mechanic. I pretty much had made a deal with the general manager so I could show up with a bank check, which would save me a trip. This deal was hinging upon my mechanics valuation of vehicle. Both John(salesman) and general manager Rick assured me I wouldnt find a cleaner, well maintained vehicle out there. Well, I didnt need a mechanic. Upon starting said vehicle, the motor had such a skip, the tailpipe was bouncing of the frame. The check engine light was not only on, but blinking-fix immediately. The tranny fluid was low and smelled burnt. The entire truck had sand everywhere, either it sunk on Cape Cod or the sand blasters didnt clean up at all. The black paint job looked like is was done with spray cans. General Manager Rick did state that truck did need tires, and at price we agreed on, that was understood. Well not only would this truck not pass inspection with new tires, it never would of made it to my home in central Ma.. When Rick asked what I thought and heard my answer, he stated oh well, its out there for what were asking. This black 2006 GMC 3500 dump wouldnt even be a good yard/farm truck. Save hard earned money and deal elsewhere.

i just bought a car from abington auto mall. when i looked at it i gave them a list of things wrong that i wanted fixed before i bought the car. i waited a week before i got a phone call saying it was ready. i was told they were waiting for a part & thats what took so long. now it turns out they never did the repairs at all that they said they fixed. im bringing it back in so they can actually fix it this time. well see how that goes.

"Dealer Keeps Spare Keys??"

Just bought a car for my daughter from these people. The sales process was good. I didnt feel like the vultures were descending upon me. Im a bit up in the air on the customer service, though. A couple of minor repairs were done quickly, but when the vehicle was brought in for an inspection sticker, the horn didnt work. Thats one of those things that gets taken for granted, I think, so I was OK with that. I wasnt happy that it took a whole extra day to get the part and make the repair, though. It cost me quite a bit of money for out of state bus fares and time off from work. When I bought the car, both the salesman and the General Manager told me that they didnt have a spare key for the car. When my daughter and I picked up the car after hours, the key that they left for us was not the same one that my daughter had given to the service department when she dropped the car off. She knew this because she had purchased a carabiner for it over the weekend. The key she had also had the Chevrolet name and emblem on it. The key that was left was generic. She drove back to the dealership the next morning and was told that she was wrong, that they had given her the same key back until she spotted her key, carabiner and all, sitting near the key rack. She ended up taking both. Was this a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing or something else? I hate to think that they intentionally keep a spare key to the cars they sell. What purpose would this serve? The car was paid in full.

This dealer ship tried giving me a serious low ball figure on my trade in like $3000 low and other dealers have given more reasonable numbers.First of after talking too them on friday too take truck for a ride knowing that i traveled 30 miles the truck was on the lift after i got there they looked at me like it was my fault. Second they would not work with me and never even returned my call over all really bad customer service dont bother making the trip.
