1. The vehicle had front end damage. Nothing was said to m 2. The finance department rode up the contract leaving out my wife. 3. Sold me a car with only one entrance keyless key. Will not return any of my phone calls to purchase another one. 4. Now I have to refinance the car in order to get the wifes name on it. Not a happy camper

Sales and dealers are very welcoming. Their finance dept and Bankers used for your car are pushy. Tried to sell me a car not even close to the car I wanted just so the bank can approve. Not listening to my requests. Be cautious to negotiation.

The Ross staff were very helpful. This is our second Nissan from Ross, and we are very satisfied. Salesperson Imber Rojas was particularly attentive and knowledgeable. For the second time, Imber explained the functions of the vehicle and accommodated all of our requests and answered all of our questions.

Love this time around my service advisor. He went as far as the extra mile in explaining vehicle components and why service was suggested. Handed me an estimation. However, the shuttle department needs work.

Kayla Nyquist was a great help and very friendly. She explained the cars details well and was understanding of me wanting to drive what seemed like every car on the lot until I found the exact one the drove right. Brad was also a huge help when it came to the financing as he understood what I wanted and didnt play any games with me. Everyone was friendly and you felt comfortable.

Mr. Jones did a great job. He made sure that we got exactly what we ask for. He stayed with us from the start till we left the lot with our new car. I had to take the car back after a couple of days cause it keeps dying. As soon as I got there Jonas was there to make sure that the problem was taken care of right away, and your service department was great, I was on my way home after a couple of hours. Thank you very much.

My service advisor was very personable, but still professional. He understood my means and suggested which items needed to be fixed first over others, but in the end, I still decided to get everything fixe . I was glad a rental was available.

I liked how the service department doesnt make me feel like Im just a customer. Or like I might get scammed because Im a woman. They really do care and really do work on servicing your vehicle to make sure your safe when driving off. They even made the lounge area more comfortable.

Service employee, Faustino, is an asset to Ross Nissan. Each time I have needed servicing for my 2 vehicles, his courtesy and willingness to listen are what makes my minimal waiting time a pleasure to sit in the waiting room. In addition, I feel that he looks out for me as he puts no pressure on me for extra work needed. His integrity and his knowledge about vehicles gives me a sense of security when I bring in my vehicles for servicing.

We purchase a used car and needed a copy of the car key because we only got 1. We called a couple of different places and Ross Nissan sounded the most helpful So we went and this gentleman Faustino was great he made sure we got out of there 10 minutes before the original time we were told and on top of that a free car wash :)
