I visited many dealers during my search and they always tell you it will be a "no pressure" situation and then they put the full court press on you. Novak, and specifically Greg H., was truly NO PRESSURE. I had three very different types of vehicles in mind and Greg patiently showed me all three and let me test drive all three - alone. When I couldnt make up my mind, it was truly no problem. I was back a week later and 2 of the 3 I had test driven were sold, but I found my Acura and drove away a few days later. The car is pristine. I have given out Gregs card to everyone in my office who asked. I was turned off to dealers when someone at another place decided to start cleaning his own car while showing me a new Jeep. My son recently purchased a vehicle from Novack and I am still in awe of the difference between the experience there, and all the other horrific experiences I have had over the years at car dealerships! Buying a car can be one of the most stressful situations, especially when you can never trust the sales people nor the dealership. My husband and I were looking for a used pre owned 2014 Dodge Ram for about a month. We went to all different dealerships in our area and found the same aggressive, demeaning and disrespectful "car selling script" at every place we went to. I did a search and found that cars.com had the exact 2014 Ram that my husband had been looking for with low mileage and a reasonable price. Novak Motors was listed under the vehicle and I was not familiar with the dealership. I became interested in finding out more. All words that would not fit in the same sentence when talking about most dealerships. After contacting them and speaking with Ana, Amy and Frank, they all put us at ease that Novak was different than other dealerships and that they would make the process an easy one. We made our trip to go see the vehicle and we were greeted by Amy and Frank. They had the car detailed and ready for us to take out for a test drive. The showroom was amazing. The cars were immaculate. We financed the vehicle and the process was the easiest, and most relaxing experience we have ever encountered at a dealership. Highly recommending them to family and friends and we will definitely go back in a couple of years for our next vehicle. **one important aspect of this dealership is that they dont bribe the buyers with free oil changes, gift cards, etc, for leaving a 5 star review.

We all do the same thing right? we look online and we visit a bunch of dealers in search of, not only a good car but to do business with good people. i owned 2 cars purchased from brand name dealers(Honda, Acura) and find that Novack motors provided A-1 service.i came across novack just doing a search on cars.com and that had what i was looking for.i made an appointment on a whim after work and was allowed to come in on short notice. i met with Frank who was cool, professional and informed best of all it never felt like i was being sold or forced to buy a car. i was allowed to take the car on a test ride alone which was actually a different experience than with the brand dealerships and made it easy to look over the car the way i wanted to. I did a little more searching and even considered a acura tl from Acura Of Huntington(dont ever go there) Only too have the sales guy Charles call me at 4:28 before a 4:30 appointment to tell me they sold the car that i looked at only the day before and made the a deal with the sales manager Maurice.and why? because someone bid 800 dollars more for the car. No call all day and he wasnt even apologetic this is after i returned my rental car. Anyway things happen for a reason. so Im back at novack and decide i want another acura tl they have there i test drive it and i love it. In comes Amy who is also awesome and worked aggressively right in front of me to get me a good rate on my loan. After a day My car was ready and everything was laid out for me. my car cost, my warranty cost(less than any dealer ever charged me and I can take the car to Acura dealers to be serviced if i chose or can use my own mechanic). taxes and motor vehicle fees. no dealer certification fee or any other fees dealers sell you on. They even offered to pick me up from my house because i didnt have a car. I usually dont do reviews but the reviews i read about novack is what made me go there in the first place. So frank i said i would and i kept my word thank you and amy for your great work. and i will call for that xm trail also i did not forget now!!!!

First things first. This is a completely unbiased and voluntary review of Novak Motors. I dont often write reviews but when a company impresses me and treats me well, I want others to know about it. This was the best car buying experience ever. This is how all car buying SHOULD be. We have purchased at least 6 used vehicles from traditional dealerships in the past. I will never go back to another as long as Novak is around. I do all my homework when making a big investment. I research and compare and scrutinize. I hadnt heard of Novak Motors before, but I came across a vehicle I was interested in on cars.com. I wanted to check out the prius wagon and Novak was one of only two places nearby with a low mileage prius v. I went to the traditional dealership first. (What a nightmare. I dont have room to elaborate here.)Then I went to Novak and the difference was HUGE. Novak gets one owner, off lease, ow mileage vehicles due to their partnership with a leasing financing company. (or something like that) All the cars are kept inside a huge showroom. Pricing isnt negotiated, The sticker is what you pay. Again, I do my homework. I checked on their pricing. Good pricing. The whole experience is comfortable and relaxed. Theres no pressure or stressful negotiations, only helpful friendly staff there to give you information and guidance. Speaking of "friendly"... everyone there was so kind. They werent bothered that we dragged our kids along. In fact they went out of their way to make them part of the process. They scored big "parent points" there. So believe it or not we discovered a completely macked out minivan (gasp!) in their showroom and went home to think things over. No pressure to sign anything. No need to put down a deposit. No, "Oh you better jump on this now," schtick. In fact, we were told not to worry, they would hold the prius and the van until we decided whether we wanted one, the other, or neither. We were given a friendly, "Take your time and think about it." We decided to take the plunge and experience the magic that only a minivan can provide: 2 TVs, the abilty to throw bikes in the back, pick up a gaggle of friends, road trips to family in New England, etc. (Side note: best decision ever...dont knock the van.) Then they told me about their extended warranty offer. "Oh heres the catch," I thought to myself. Remember what I said. I research, compare and scrutinize. I researched warranty costs and this was much less than what a dealer would charge for the same coverage. So I asked for a copy of the warranty. I called and spoke to the warranty headquarters. I caled a local mechanic about the warranty. I check Better Buisness Bureau. (An "A" rating.) Then I called a local dealership of this vans make. I spoke to the service manager. We get to talking and he says, "Who are you buying it from?" Turns out the SERVICE MANAGER AT THE DEALERSHIP bought his last car from Novak Motors! He proceeded to tell me that I had nothing to worry about if I was working with Novak. An industry insider uses and recommends them?!? My neurotic, researchy, scrutinizing side is placated. We pick up the van on Friday night, the earliest we could. They were supposed to be closed by the time we could make it, but 4 people have stayed after hours to finalize paperwork, congratulate us on our purchase and shake our hands. So if you see a white minivan on the LIE full of people smiling, its probably us. Thank you Amy, Frank, and everyone at Novak Motors.

After looking online and going to several dealerships, Novak Motors provided a characteristic that none of the others had...QUALITY. Not only in the conditions of the cars but service as well. Amy made it a quick, easy and understandable process for me to purchase the Jeep Wrangler that was in mint condition (not to mention she helped me find a great insurance quote while I was busy at work! ). By far one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Everything you read in the ad is true. No hidden fees like dealer prep, buyers fee, mandatory warranty purchase, must finance through dealer, documentation fee, shop fee, key fee, walk in the door fee. NOTHING. Prices are all clearly labeled on each vehicle. you pay that price (no haggle) plus sales tax, plus whatever DMV charges. thats it. no games. Each car is indoors in their huge warehouse, all cleaned up and ready to go. The sales staff are NOT on commission, so there is no pressure what so ever. When it comes time to finance, they didnt add on any percentage points to the APR. I got exactly what the credit union had posted on their website. Very happy with my Volvo S60 and the experience at Novak. Frank Cannizzaro was extremely helpful in allowing me to test drive several cars and once I took delivery, he spent time setting up my Sat radio trial. Two thumbs up for Novak. I wish all the dealers were like this.

This is the way to buy a pre-owned car. Travelled 2+ hours from NJ for a Mazda3 with no regrets. Amy was fantastic, and the vehicle was better than described on the phone. With their indoor facility, cars are in immaculate condition. All vehicles are low mileage off lease and it was like getting a brand new car, although it really is used. Amy (and her lil dog, too) was phenomenal. I went to the shop maybe 4 mos prior to purchasing. I wanted to buy a car but was not serious yet. My sister recommended me to the place and, I have to say, I am thankful she did. The quality of the cars was amazing and it instantly gave me a gotta have it type feeling. But I wanted to be smart so I went to the dealers of the cars I was interested in and was quickly disgusted. There are not enough words to describe our AMAZING experience with Amy and Novac Motors. We went in on a Saturday and drove 3 SUVs. Amy was very patient and answered all our questions. She made herself available to us when we needed her, but more importantly gave us the space to look freely. Found 09 g37x coupe on this site, called and spoke to Amy, she was very helpful and made sure to follow through with everything to make the first visit worth our time.. She described the vehicle to full detail and spoke on a personal note to guarantee that my hour and a half trip to get there would be worth my time.. No bait and switch, no false information.. After having a little trouble finding the dealer we get there to find out that their entire inventory is kept indoors away from the elements, all there vehicles were in pristine shape and looked brand new.. When we got there she assured that if we were 100% interested in the car that we were going to take it home that night. The car was as she promised, she assured it was not a post sandy car, i inspected it end to end and was as stated.. She also gave me a copy of the final service theyve done to the car at a local Mavis shop.. at 29k miles, they did new tires, new brakes, and a bunch of other maintenance on it to make sure the new owner wouldnt have no problems with it.. A week after we bought the vehicle i received a call from Amy checking up on us to see if we liked the car, if everything was ok and if we had any questions or concerns.. Bottom line; im 100% satisfied, the whole buying experience and follow through was amazing and will definitely be purchasing my next car from there.. I would suggest others to do the same!

There services and patience is admirable and above average compared to anyones. Not only did we have a great experience with Amy the saleswoman but we were also greeted by the owner himself.. He gave me $3500.00 more than any dealership on the island for my 2010 Toyota and also beat out the largest used Honda dealership on the island when it came to price.. I went to Honda the night before and gave them an opportunity to sell me a Honda pilot but they were shy about $4000.00 and the payment was $150.00 more a month and they were gonna give me $3000.00 dollars less for my trade.. Also when it came time to finance they shopped for my best rate and found me a cheaper rate than I got myself through my credit union.. Dont skip this dealership they are by far the best all around off lease used car dealer on Long Island.. From exp of buying ten cars over my lifetime this is where my search will stop Bovak motors is number one on my eyes..
