I came to this dealership because they had a very specific and rare car that i had been looking for. I week before I went to the dealership, i spoke to Peter Ong in the sales dept and he very carefully informed me of the process of getting it. Long story short, i ended taking an eight hour bus ride to the dealership the following week to see if o could buy the car. Peter picked me up from the bus station and took me out to lunch after he heard i hadnt eaten all morning. My car wasnt going to be ready until the following day so the dealership put me up in a hotel after Peter informed them of the bus trip i took to get there. Peter drove me to the hotel and picked me up the following morning and even bought me breakfast! Peter is the nicest guy youll meet and he made the hassle of getting a new car an absolute breeze. If you ever need to get a car from this dealership, get in touch with Peter, he will go above and beyond for you. I promise you wont regret it!

I had a great buying experience at Sunnyvale Nissan thanks to Peter Ong who was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience truly enjoyable. An enjoyable car buying experience sounds like an absurdity, but that was really my experience. From the moment we walked in the door, Peter was visibly excited to introduce the vehicle I had inquire about. He himself owned the same vehicle so you could tell he knew what he was talking about. He went over all the features of the car, along with sharing his personal experiences with his own car. Peter is one of those guys who could easily sell you a car with his competency, or even talk you out of one if its not the right solution for you. Cliches aside, he really is looking out for the customer. Everyone I met at Sunnyvale Nissan was very courteous and felt like they wanted everything to move along quickly so that I could enjoy the new car ride home. If youre in the market for a car, I would highly recommend Peter without hesitation.

My parents were looking learn more about the Nissan Leaf and get a test drive, and I came along. There were some available to try out, though not in the color my mom preferred. After the test drive, they started wondering if they really wanted an electric car after all. The sales guy, Thondy, suggested the Altima. My mom test drove that and felt it was much more like what she was used to. Thondy was very patient with them (they can be a handful :-) and spent a lot of time answering their questions. Although they did not decide to buy a car that day, the information and test drives were valuable to them, and they need to think more about their requirements.

We went in and were looming for a three row suv. We had already chosen the rogue. Joseph took his time to explain to us the features on the car and we went out for a test drive. The car drove very smooth and he explained all the engine ans transmission features as well. He was fast and efficient with getting us help with financing and with the price rang we were looking for.

I noticed that my car doesnt have a lot electric power, so I just stopped by Nisssan Sunnyvale. They helped me to find a free charger station and even plugged in my car in rain. Very helpful people!

When I got back home I contacted them saying it would be two days before I could come to look at it because I live in San Diego and the dealership is in Sunnyvale, CA which is about a seven hour trip for me. I had a good experience with a sales associates his name is Anthony Branzula. Going in I know I was not going to buy anything, just wanted to shop for a four sedan with some good power. Anthony showed and showed me the stats on the Nissian maxima, and Altima. Then he let me test drive both, while we were driving he was talking business and cracking an joke here and there. When i told him i was just shopping he was still giving me stats and be helpful. I almost bought the Altima, but i still wanted to shop for other brands. The Altima is on top of my list as of now.

My husband and I were in the market for a 2015 Nissan Altima, we visited a few dealerships and just received very poor customer service, so we did a bit of research before hitting the lot again. We ended up finding some great reviews for Nissan Sunnyvale, so we decided to pay them a visit. (Customer service is a really big factor for us!) Once we arrived, Anthony Branzuela greeted us on the lot. He had such a great introduction and instantly made us feel at ease with our Altima search. Not only was he knowledgeable about the Nissan product, but he knew about the competitors product. This really helped us to make an educated decision. For me, its the little details, as well as the big ones, that make for GREAT customer service. We had our 20 month old daughter with us, and as you probably know, car shopping with a toddler is a difficult task. But Anthony noticed our daughter getting restless, so he grabbed her a balloon and some toys to play with. This was very impressive! He even offered us refreshments and snacks while we were there. I can go on and on about his great customer service but be the judge for yourself. If youre in the market for a vehicle, GO TO NISSAN SUNNYVALE! Because, not only did Anthony provide us with great customer service, so did the rest of the team. The GM, James Livesay, thanked us for coming in (this was before we even decided to buy) That just goes to show that this team is lead by a great manager. A Truly exceptional car buying experience!
