Employees are always friendly and courteous! All of my appointments have been easy to make. The service is always done in a timely manner! Great service department! Not sure why they are selling greeting cards and candy ( besides the vending machines) but it seems a little tacky, just my opinion
"20,000 Mile Canyon Service"
Called and scheduled service a week in advance with the intention of waiting at the dealership for the service to be performed. Arrived on time and was promptly processed. I was advised in advance of the expected cost of the service that would be performed. Service was performed in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is the constant suggestion by Peruzzi Service Writers to have a throttle body cleaning performed. GM suggests to perform the service every 15,000 miles, Peruzzi suggests it every service visit (5000 miles). Ive used this shop for preventive service and selective repairs for eight years and feel good about the experience overall.

On Sat., 7/1/17, I took my car into Peruzzi for service as the engine light was coming on and the car was stalling out. I needed to rent a car so that I could leave my car for service. The car I reserved by phone at 12 Noon had been given out as I was not able to get to the service center until 2:30. I waited a long time for Young Tran to find another in house rental and was told there was only one left, a truck which I could not drive because I had a fractured elbow. At this point, I was ready to leave and Service Manager, Ed Moffit, stepped in. He had found another car, a GMC Acadia SUV, and that was the car I rented. I left my car for service on Monday. Mr. Tran kept track of the repair, calling me by Noon to let me know the outcome of the problem with the engine. I was able to pick up my car that day and very appreciative that I did not need another days rental. Overall, Peruzzi provides excellent service. They keep trying when it looks like there is no alternative. Mr. Moffit found a car. . I bought the car here at Peruzzi and hope to trade it within the year. It is an outstanding dealership. I brought my car in for the routine 45,000 mile service, oil change and tire rotation. Told the service writer that I needed my car back by 3 as I had to pick up my grandson from school. When they called me they had found a problem with my lines to and from the transmission that needed work (under warranty). I only incurred a small deductible charge for that work. Peruzzi called Enterprise and had them bring a car over immediately which they loaned me for the day. I was able to get my grandson from school, take him to his karate lesson, and then to the school bus the following morning. By afternoon my car was serviced and ready. Great service here.

I went to Peruzzi Buick GMC with the intent to lease a new vehicle. The entire staff including William Gray who was our salesperson were fantastic from start to finish. The staff was able to answer every question, assist in any way possible and made this a pain free enjoyable experience for my entire family. I leased a 2017 GMC Acadia limited and I couldnt be happier. The vehicle is amazing and I couldnt be happier. This is the second LaCrosse Ive purchased from Peruzzi. The salesman, Cliff Robson, was very helpful and not pushy. He helped me through the buying process. After that I use the dealers maintenance and repair facilities because I get good service and have never had a problem with my car. By doing manufacturer recommended service I avoid breakdowns or more costly repairs.

Made arrangements to drop my 2016 GMC Canyon to locate and repair an annoying squeak being generated from the right rear of the vehicle. Attempted to demonstrate the squeak with Charles the Service Writer and, of course could not make the squeak happen in the parking lot. Felt good that Charles was willing to take a ride to hear the noise. Peruzzi made a couple of recall inspections and searched for the squeak (with no success) but it seems there is no squeak to find.(disappeared) They did a good job of having my truck ready at the time I had requested.

I just bought my brand new car and have to say the customer service was excellent. Our salesman Bill. And business manager Joe were wonderful to work with...no high pressure sales and made us feel very comfortable. Bill took the time to show me how every little button works in the car and what it does and even set my radio stations for me. They gave me a very generous amount for my trade in and had it all cleaned out for me and put eveything in the new car so it was ready to go. I purchased a used Dodge Journey from Peruzzi GMC. Dealing with the sales department was a very pleasurable experience. Not pushy, and no games. Used car purchases are always dicey, as they often dont have warrantees. Well, on the way home I noticed the car was shaking slightly at speed. Called our salesman Victor, and told him about the problem. He spoke to the service department, and had me bring the car in the next day. Not only did they take care of the problem quickly (for no charge), they even gave me a loaner! Charles in service was very friendly and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Will definitely shop there when it is time for a new car.
