I was between a Macan and a Levante S and picked the Levante S. A huge part of the reason I went with the Levante was my dealings with Allen Germain, highly competent and knew the Maserati’s well and super low pressure. I told him what I was looking for in terms of the lease details and I got exactly what I wanted. Sherri in Finance was prepared when I came in the next day (after I filled out on-line credit app), I spent no more than 30 minutes with her and after an expert demonstration of all the Maserati coolness. Allen explained the entire car, helped with the programming of the electronics, explained all the systems and answered all my questions. This car buying experience was smooth, pleasant and painless. I especially appreciated the no pressure tactics, the ease of using their website to fill out credit app, and then upon arrival to do the deal, having Sherri in Finance completely prepared with all the docs and ready for signature. I highly recommend Maserati of Newport Beach!

A huge "Thanks For Nothing" to the King of all Rats. My wife and I set out to buy a nice little Fiat, and on the way to Fresno where we knew we would find some real bargain prices, well, a monstrous piece of bad luck occurred that will haunt us the rest of our years. I spotted a dollar bill on the sidewalk right in front of this swanky Maserati dealership, slammed on the brakes of our 1982 Soobooroo (just a pet name) and jumped like a flea on steroids to grab that little green beauty. You can imagine my chagrin to find the size 14 foot of a fellow dressed in "rags" stomping on what should have been our bonanza !! And as the fates were ruling the world at that particular moment, the wheels of disaster turned and began to crush us into what could be called "putty in the hands of a fiend". John Bohas by name, and simply a "creature" if you want the "truth and nothing like the truth". Bored with my story ? Lets cut right to the bone of this rotten steak and describe how this Bohas fella jammed a new Maserati right down our helpless throats ! ( That "machine" is now parked on the dirt under our beetle ravaged pine tree where we hope, like Pa Kettle, to one day build a lean-to for some protection ). The purchase process seems to be a somewhat foggy memory but I surely (?) remember being promised that the monthly payments could simply be ignored. But in reality (?) that might have had something to do with my dream of driving to Mozambique and staying until my sanity resurfaced. Monthly payments ? Who are you kidding ? OK "guys", enough of baring my soul and dealing in facts. Ready for a pack of "lies" ???? This dealership, John Bohas with a tech assist from Phillip Chis, the management and the shock of such simple and prompt paperwork, the receptionist and the smiling detail man with his polishing skills on endless display, along with the surrender into my safekeeping of that dollar bill (turns out it was a burrito wrapper), made for a memorable and simply wonderful day ! My office is located just a couple miles away form the dealership. My first experience with this dealer was 2.5 years ago. I thought we had negotiated the deal over the phone, so I came to the dealership by taxi to do the paperwork and to pick up my new car. When the sales person saw me riding a taxi, my numbers changed on the deal so rapidly that I was stun. He blamed me for “not really understanding what he had meantâ€. So I called a cab and left the premises. My second encounter with the same dealership was a few days ago. Learning form my mistake, I was negotiating the deal via emails with several dealerships at the same time. I got quotes from 2 dealerships that were identical and satisfying for my needs. I asked the Newport Beach dealership (because of the convenience factor) if they were willing to match it. I got two emails from the sales person “no one would give you this deal, I want to see it in writing†(offensive – indirectly calling me a liar but understandable). When I said I have no problem to show him the quote, the sales person response was (direct quote) : “ If someone is willing to lose money on GT they are more desperate than we are…..We never lose money to sell a car….No need to show us anything since you have no deal with anyone and you are just shopping†I will never go back to this dealership . The sales people are so arrogant & dishonest – a perfect match for a stereotype “the “sleazy used car sales men.†For dealership manager info, I have been shopping and I have the deal in writing that I asked your sales person to match. I should have never returned to your location on the first place but I just wanted to give you guys a chance to earn my business since your office is around the corner from mine. Shame on me.

This was among the most professional and painless purchase I have made in years. Pat and George are real pros - no hassle, no pressure, openly helpful - and a very fair price. Their goal is to have a customer for life, not do a single transaction. Helped us a great deal and frankly did not put us into a more expensive car that would ultimately not worked for us at this time. Many dealerships could learn from these folks.
